Had my teeth cleaned by Mona and she is absolutely wonderful! Timely with a sense of humor for those of us who don't exactly like going in to the dental office! She is gentle and does a great job! Dr. Hartzell is so good and always has a smile on her face. Highly recommend!

The lady at the front desk couldn't tell me how much the procedure would cost me and was condescending when telling me how to call my insurance company. They said I needed two procedures on 2 different days the dentist said he wanted to remove a implant and replace it and didn't explain why that was necessary. Told me I had to have this custom mouth guard and nothing else would work but there most expensive one, didn't mention other options. Didn't seem to listen when I told them I don't grind my teeth and the damage was done 20 years ago. Really felt like they just wanted to make money off me, I will be getting a second opinion and won't go back to that practice. The dentist assistant was friendly and professional.

During she kept me updated with what she was doing and how long we had before we were done. She was really good at communicating what exactly the plan was for the appointment at the beginning of the appointment.
