If you are looking for a new dental office, Grand Dental is a team of very friendly and caring players. Staff from front desk, dental hygienist, dental assistants, and dentists all professional and you get an overall sense they all care about doing what is best for the patient. They were very accommodating when I had to cancel and reschedule a follow up filling appointment, this after they had squeezed me into the schedule a week earlier than expected. Prompt and professional; no waiting for 20 minutes by yourself staring at a wall. Love the landscape photography artwork on the walls, so distinctively colorful and calming to sit in a chair and look at these while you endure the oral onslaught. Thanks to everyone there for making my experience as a new patient pleasant, stress-free, and enjoyable.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Andy did a great job as well as his assistant. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. I normally dread going to the dentist but Dr. Andy made it a good experience and I feel more comfortable going to the dentist now. I also liked that they have up to date technology and have a screen right next to the chair to show you images of your teeth.

The office manager at Grand Dental is a real piece of work. My wife had a cleaning there (or so she was told) but the office manager refused to provide the needed documentation showing she had a cleaning for insurance purposes. The office manager indicated that the it would be insurance fraud for them to provide that information. Insurance fraud? If a service that was requested was indeed performed, how can that be considered insurance fraud?
Actually I believe it is fraud to perform a service other than what was requested by the patient when the appointment was made. At no time was my wife told that she was going to have work performed other than what she requested. If the office manager can not cough up the documentation for a cleaning, then what were we being charged for? What work was actually performed if it wasn't a cleaning?
I would say I hate the place, but Dr. Stevenson has been good to us in the past. It is his office manager that has no customer service skills that is the problem. That drops Grand Dental to two stars when one bad apple ruins the whole bunch. If not for a nice Dr., one star would have been too much for Grand Dental after the experience with his current office manager.

I changed dentists about a year ago to this dentist. He is an awesome dentist. I jhave had crown work done and regular check ups. Staff is great and very accomodating. Office manager was extremely helpful in getting me established.
