I really appreciate the friendliness and promptness of the staff. I didn't have to wait any longer than a couple minutes before I was taken back. Doctor and assistant explained everything before doing it and even allowed me to do my procedure without the device in my mouth to hold my tongue back.
I do however, have a substantial amount of pain in the area that was worked on. This is beyond the typical soreness after having anything done.
Anything outside of that I'll say that this office is far better than other dentists I've had. I've only had positive things to say about one previous dentist I had so retired, Dr. Mac as we called him. I recommend Ysidro Dentistry đź‘Ť đź‘Ś

The first time I have seen dental professional office. I really like the place is clean and nice, the staff are friendly, but when I start to pull out my 7 lower teeth and replaced the denture , after I got my denture the doctor doesn’t take care good , I so Frustrated I have pain full I can’t eat food, only the baby food with the blender about almost 3 months I still can’t eat and I went to get adjusted my denture for several time , she still can’t make me happy coming back with frustrated never fixed my pain and she charge me after 3 times adjustment 80$ per adjustment, I’m not happy with doctor.

I’ve had some of the worst dental experiences that have left me with extreme dental anxiety but Dental professional LLC derby is one of the Best dentist office’s from the receptionist to the Doctors. They have a lot of patience and make sure your comfortable

Office is very clean and inviting. Everyone from check-in to check-out was super nice and accommodating. My husband hates the dentist but actually enjoyed this office. We switched from another Derby Dental office and am so happy we did. This office cares about the patient needs not a paycheck.

This is a great group of people. I am deathly afraid of dentist from past experiences of my childhood and they make it very comfortable and relaxing. Heck, Lacy the hygienist even sings to you while she cleans your teeth! I am so glad I made the move to this group!!
