Highly recommend! Friendly front desk staff, you can fill out new patient forms online so check-in is quick. Caryn was very thorough while cleaning and gave good recommendations.
The dentist was polite and the cleaning process was painless.
Honestly the environment was very relaxed and soothing but still very professional.

Easy to get in to see a provider. When you arrive they take you back quickly. The front desk staff is great. They had everything prepared for my visit when I arrived. MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY TOLD ME THE TRUTH! They are honest about my care, and what I will have to pay, Everyone is "on the same page" about taking care of me and about what my insurance will pay and when.
They treat me as if I have been going there for 20 years even though this was only my second time. I saw Dr. Stark who made sure that I was well cared for and that all of my concerns were addressed. My treatment area was clean and well stocked. Emily who was Dr. Stark's assistant that day, never had to leave or run around the practice trying to find what the Doctor needed next. She had everything he asked for right there throughout my procedure. As you can see I've been elsewhere in Derby that had stocking, organizational, and integrity challenges but not here. Derby Family Dentistry is awesome. I'm so glad I found them.

I've been in Derby Family Dentistry many times over the years, but Dr. Stark I've only seen once briefly for an emergency check on a tooth hurting. Although my total experience with this tooth didn't turn out with the best outcome. Meaning I went to a referred endodontist and had a root canal, which 3 weeks later the tooth cracked and I needed it pulled. Dr Stark is the one that pulled the tooth and put in a bone graft. I must say I was VERY impressed with how he handled all of it. He was very personable and told me everything that was going on. He even had to wait briefly for me to get myself together as I was trying not to break down and cry!! They also allowed my husband in with me which was a great comfort to me. Plus he was also able to show my husband how the tooth had cracked before he started to pull it. Over all, I had a great experience with Dr. Stark & his assistant. They were both kind, informative and made me feel comfortable being there. 1 out of 10 they get a 15. Even though I would have rather had a different outcome with this tooth, I feel I was in the best hands and hope he is able to do the implant when the time comes! Thank you Dr. Stark!! And the rest of the team at Family Dentistry as well. You all have always been super kind and informative.

We have going to this office for nearly a decade and cannot recommend it enough. Derby Family Dentistry always has well organized appointment planning and availability for us. Appointments are always thorough and we receive great care. Derby Family Dentistry also provided emergency service recently for my son and was able to get him in within 24 hours.

When you try to call to make an appointment they ask to put you on hold and then never return to the phone. Guess they don't need my money. Maybe they should pay the dentist a little less and hire more people to work the front desk. Why answer the phone if every time they just want to put you on hold for a very extended period. My time is valuable too.

Dr. Norden and his staff have always been wonderful!! They are great listeners and have been more than patient when I have questions (trust me..... I do ask alot of questions!) about the reason I went in and my treatment plan. I have referred some friends and family to this office and they have come back to me saying that they are very pleased!
