I haven’t been to this place in years as I moved away for college, but I am back and have had some wisdom tooth pain so I made an appointment. My appointment went fine. They were nice/professional and they referred me to an oral surgeon to get all 4 removed. The surgeon couldn’t get me in for a while so I called Dental Associates to see if Dr. Keltner could get me in to at least get the one that’s bothering me removed. I swear I do not even take the time to leave reviews on google, but the lady I talked to on the phone was HORRIBLY rude. She was rushing me to get off the phone and told me to take ibuprofen and wait until it gets better as if I haven’t been doing that religiously for the past 3 days haha! Needless to say, I will be finding a new dentist!

I like Mr Keltner because he knows how my teeth and mouth work. He always gives me advice with options. He also tries to do affordable work that is good quality. He puts you at ease with his fun personality.

My entire family sees and loves Dr Keltner he's always very gentle and does awesome with kids. There is however attitude with some of the girls at the desk almost each time we visit. But it you can get pass there attitudes the experience is a lot nicer.

The receptionist are very unprofessional, the last two times that I have had an appointment I was sitting in the waiting room and they checked me in as a no show, then the second time they forgot to check me in again, called me as I am sitting in the waiting area and asked if I needed to reschedule?, I said no, I’ve been sitting in your waiting area for 10-15 mins now. Then when I called to schedule my next appointment they said that if I missed another appointment I would be dropped as a patient, which is funny because the last two “no shows” I was sitting in the waiting area, and made my appointments. I love Dr. Keltner as a dentist, but the reception area needs a lot of work, as a business owner I would be very concerned if my staff was costing me money and pushing clients away because they’re too busy on they’re personal phones, an attitude problems, and everything but customer services. I won’t be returning.
