My daughter had an accident and knocked out one of her teeth. Her normal dentist was not In town, so we contacted Dr. Richard ( late in the evening) and he instructed me every step of the way into getting her tooth back in, and scheduled her to be seen the very next morning. Great dentist !! We will forever be thankful!!

Very friendly staff, the dentist completed a clinical examination, explained to me what needed to be wired on and now we are waiting for a copy of my dental xrays for a 2nd opinion on other dental work that I might or might not need.

I have always HATED dentists since I can remember. Between the distinct smell of the office to the sounds of flesh and teeth being torn apart, it has always terrified me. I have never found a dentist who truly takes in my concerns and fears and who works around it. Back when I was 12, I had a root canal in my left side of my mouth. On Tuesday night, my filling fell out, leaving a huge gap at the bottom of my tooth, as well as some wires left from the root canal. I called 15 dentist offices in the local area and every single one could not get me in until Atleast 2 weeks to even 3 months down the road. I finally got ahold of Michael W. Richard DDS. They were very friendly over the phone and even had an appointment for me to get in yesterday at 2. On the drive there, I was mentally preparing myself for having another negative dentist experience. As soon as we walked in the front door, I knew this one would be different. The front desk ladies were incredibly welcoming and had everything I needed to fill out right away. I didn’t even have enough time to fill out all the paperwork before the Dr.’s assistant came out to bring my to the chair. She was absolutely amazing, making me feel welcome, bringing up conversation with me to even telling me what would happen with the procedure. I ended up having to have my entire tooth extracted, a true and genuine fear I’ve always had. I met with the Dr. Richard, and he told me everything that was going, and was honest with me about what the best procedure would be. He didn’t try selling me stuff they wanted to do, just so they could get extra profit. No, he only did what was necessary for that appointment. They get the shots ready and as much as I’ve always hated shots, it was bad. They made sure everything was numb and ready to go. They begin working on the tooth, and at one point one of his instruments was below my tooth and into my gum line. It became somewhat painful, so they stopped, gave me another shot and waited a few more minutes to begin. Other dentists I’ve been to have not stopped, even though I was in pain. So I really appreciate that about this Dr. Richards. The extraction was more difficult than he expected due to my bone being so strong and thick, but they got the job done in what I would say very good timing. They made sure I had everything I needed for post op recovery and even had a very educational video for me to watch at the end. As much as I hated dentists in the past, I have finally found one I trust and will definitely be back to! Thank you so much!

Had all my wisdom teeth removed at different times, the office staff and Dr.Richard are AWESOME, such a welcoming atmosphere and pleasure with comfort knowing you're in good hands! Highly recommended!!! My last wisdom tooth that was removed had an appointment at 9am tooth removed and I was out of there by 9:45!

Got me in when requested, but after 4-fillings I have a high bite on the right side, had 2-times where I gagged, due to plenty of spraying during the filling process. I would of liked a little more time to have the overage of water sucked out with the utensils. Awesome crew , I just hope I never get fillings in the future 😛

Great customer service. Everyone always has a smile. I appreciate the care I receive, advice and knowledge given by the staff and Dr Richard. I am so glad we found this dentist years ago. I’ve moved to Las Vegas, NV and finding the quality of expertise there hasn’t happened. Hard to find the standards I’ve found with Dr Richard and staff.
