This is a great place! They did an amazing job with my sons braces.

Staff is nice dentist are knowledgeable. However I'm giving 3 stars because when i scheduled my son for a cavity fill 3 months after an initial cleaning that didn't go well they did not attempt to do a cavity fill. I had explained to front desk that i wanted to try again since my son had a good experience at a different dentist office. They made me believe that it would be done, instead upon arriving to the appointment the dental assistant told me they were not going to attempt a cavity fill and only do treatment (fluoride varnish). So I'm just upset that front desk made me believe that a fill was going to be preformed. I'm ok with the varnish but please next time don't fool me. I wanted this to be my child's primary dentist but fortunately for me I will be taking him elsewhere.

This providers office used to be great for my children. I never had a problem scheduling and they always took care of emergencies promptly. Today I contacted the office regarding my 9 year old who has been running a fever, and had developed a horrible mouth abscess calling her extream pain and embarrassment at school. I was told they could get us in tomorrow at 12 but we would have to wait an undisclosed amount of time as they are “short staffed” but I had a prior court date scheduled for 1pm that I could not miss so that is not something that would work for me, I asked about any other times this week or next and was told they have nothing available and would call for a cancellation. So a fever and a raging infection clearly means nothing to this office and if you do any type of research on abscesses you are informed they are a dental emergancy and can even cause death. So this office can’t find any time to fit in a preexsiting patient to start them on antibiotics to address an infection and severe pain but can continue to get in all their basic services they had already booked in? Absolutely ridiculous. No child especially one with a history of medical concerns that the office is aware of should be left to sit with an infection ravishing their body. This is poor practice at its best. Their excuse is they are short staffed, okay but do you not have a moral obligation for the children you see? Most providers can’t get new patients in right away. This has been her clinic since she was 9 months old and now at 9 years old when we have a dental emergancy we’re being told to wait? My child has an abbess that is turning black in her mouth…and if she gets even sicker from it the only people at fault will be this ill equipped office for not taking our concern seriously. The customer service has gone extreamly down hill since this office was opened and I’m very disappointed. The dentist have always been great but office staff and assistants need serious customer service skills.

I’ve been so impressed with this dental practice! How many dental offices (especially PEDIATRIC dentists!) advertise that they take Medicaid? Because of their location and advertising, they seem to really cater to the lower economic population, but to me, that’s really touching. They clearly aren’t there to just make a profit. I brought my 3 year old son here for his first visit a while back and they did so well with him and were so kind and the office is so kid friendly. He had a great experience. I have brought him a second time too and plan to keep going there. I’ve since moved an hour away, but I think I will still continue to go here since our experience there has been so great. It’s so important for kids to have good dental experiences earlier on.

My kids have been going here for the last 6-7 years if not longer. Supposedly they are under a different ownership and don’t take my kid’s dental insurance as of now. Would have been nice to know when this happened so I would have been aware of it.

We've been coming here since 2015. My daughter has braces so we come once a month. I love it here! It's super clean. Great hours. Great staff! They even have TV's on the ceiling to help distract the kids!

I c all bad reviews but I will say most small dentist office don't have alot of staff these ppl are great. one of the only dental places that take Medicaid btw. My first apt I won't lie I felt upset bc the guy was a bit rough. during my cleaning and kept commenting this could of been prevented by flossing. I floss every day sometimes like during a vacation or camping trip I may have not flossed. I brush every day but I was there for a dental cleaning n it had been about a year n half bc covid outbreak since I had a teeth cleaning prior to this apt. I was told that I didn't have enough calcium buildup to need a water floss or anything extra just a scrape. Which is why it was a bit rough. I just thought all places used that to clean teeth this is false however they usually use a scrape n if needed extra tools like a whatever floss. wen I came back for my cavity filling he was very sweet did great job. This cavity was on a front tooth that I had chipped a while ago. I asked my old dentist to fill it bc they said it would make it easier to get a cavity but it was just a imperfection everyone has those n left it as is. That chip ended up with a cavity so he basically filled in my chipped tooth perfectly like I had wanted for years

Today I had an appt card for 03/18/21 at 8:00am that THEY wrote for me. It was also scheduled in my calendar in my phone. I get to the office at 8:00am and nobody is there. The hours say 8a-5p on the door and google says 9a-5p. I call the phone number, no answer. I call the after hours number and again no answer. I leave a message and someone calls me back at 9:15a to tell me my daughter didn’t have an appt, but why do I have an appt card?! Come to find out the Dentist had to be out of town, but she said I was still never on the schedule to call and cancel. So someone wrote me an appt card and didn’t schedule my daughter accordingly. I had to miss 2 hours of work and my daughter had to miss 1 hour of school for an appt I’ll have to schedule again somewhere else. Super disappointed with this office. If it wasn’t for Dr. Taylor we would of been gone a long time ago. The front desk has no idea what they are doing. I also can post the appt card for reference if anyone’s interested.
