Dentistry for You Lenexa

I have been with Julia since she took over this dental office. What a refreshing change! The amazing staff has been consistent, and Julia has made the office her own. She offers her expertise in the field of dentistry, keeping her patients feeling comfortable, and always welcome. Julia takes care of my entire family, and I trust her completely with our dental care.

I Absolutely LOVE it! Who would have ever thought going to the dentist would be such a soothing experience. Everyone is so gentle and really cares for you like you are family. They explain everything to you so you understand and are very willing to help in any aspect of taking care of your dental health because they know your dental health is important for your over all health!

Well I had my first appointment yesterday and they told me some pretty scary stuff, my fault not theirs.

They were friendly and helpful and we will see how my first procedure goes, I might be turned from Liked it to Loved it. Gena and Dr. Skidmore explained everything and answered all my questions.

Haley their office manager is competent and very helpful.

They came highly recommended and i have to agree as I experienced it for myself.

Dr. Patel and staff is completely kind, hospitable and accommodating. They answered all of my questions fully and professionally. I think I’ve found my new dental office!

Dr. Amanda was amazing! I experienced the best care in my life with her. It was virtually pain free. She is such a kind, personable professional. My choice for dentist, hands down.

EDIT: Dr. Julia sold the practice and the new owners are bad at communicating. I tried for months to schedule an appointment and no one responded to me. I wound up going somewhere else, but I still miss Dr. Julia.

First time being at the dentist in several years. Dr. Julia was wonderful! Kind, caring, understanding, and honest. I'm going to have to go back in for more work, but she walked me through exactly what would be happening and helped to calm my dentist fears . They're still there, but I know I'm in good hands for next time.

I called this morning with a tooth ache. Within 2 or 3 hrs I was sitting it the dentist chair getting looked at. All the ladies in office including dr was very nice and even helped me to get a better price for all my future visits. Very very pleased.

At first I loved Dr. Skidmore and then I figured out that she would suggest and sell things that are not necessary. She tried to get me to spend so much money on things I didn't need including a couple of fillings that my dentist now says were not necessary. She also said i needed a mouth guard, which woukd cost close to $300 and again my dentist told me that it is no necessary. I was always very specific about not going outside of my insurance on regular check ups but now they say I owe them because they became out of network and they didn'the tell me. Don't go here itso more of a hassle than anyone needs and you will end up spending way more than necessary on things you don't need. She maybe nice but what she is doing is a scam.

I would highly recommend Julia! She's very personable and has a great way of explaining things in terms I can understand. Her entire office staff is helpful and so extremely nice. You should immediately cancel your current dentist appointment and see Julia Skidmore instead!

The hygienist Alyssa was amazing with my daughter! My daughter had a huge smile when she left and couldn’t stop talking about how much fun it was.
