I love this dentist. I have very bad teeth and my dentist didn’t make me feel bad about how bad they were. They figured out a way to fix my teeth and gave me a plan. different office knew how much pain I was in and I was able to get a consultation appointment within four days of calling. Then they were able to get me in two days after the phone call. I have fat anxiety about going to the dentist and they took care of me. They were able to make getting teeth pulled not hurt and made sure I knew how to take care of myself after. For the first time ever, I have a chance to take care of all my teeth!

Awful dentist. Made me wait an hour only to see me for five minutes. I told her I had gum recession and was looking for help. She told me I was perfectly fine and turned me away. How are you not going to listen to your patients or believe the pain they say they’re experiencing??? She didn’t want to take any time to look at me further than that and when I said NO my gums are moving I can tell, she just told me I needed to get my teeth cleaned. NOT A GOOD DENTIST KNOWS NOTHING WITH WHAT SHES TALKING ABOUT OBVIOUSLY I CAN TELL MORE ABOUT GUM RECESSION THAN HER. I wouldn’t go to this place ever ever ever again and you shouldn’t either if you’re looking for genuine help. You won’t get it here. What you will get is negligence and failure to properly diagnose any type of oral diseases. From what I see from all the other reviews are that people like how friendly they are. Wait until you have a serious issue and come to these guys for help and you realize they actually have no idea what they are doing. These dentists need to go back to school and learn how to be a good dentist, no one cares if you’re friendly when your dentist has no clue how to probably do their job.

What do you mean staff well being is a focus? How does that get in the way of them doing their job properly? You’re making excuses for neglecting your patients oral health? There is no reason the dentist shouldn’t have been able to diagnose me with gum recession unless she never learned what gum recession is. You guys are the worst dentist I have been to. I guess your patients aren’t important to you🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Doctor veil is one of the best if not the best dentist I have experienced. I enjoy talking with him , and letting him do my dental work. I highly recommend him for anybody that has fears of the dentist or doesn't like the dentist. He makes sure you don't feel the needle when getting numb and makes sure you are comfortable before he starts
His work always comes out immaculate.

Worst dental practice I have ever been to.

It took over 55 minutes to complete routine x-rays. The technician cut my mouth multiple times. She had no idea what she was doing and took well over 50 images with none useable. The ordeal only ended when another technician took over and re-did all the imagery in about 5 minutes.

When meeting with the front desk after the roughly 2 hour visit, the treatment plan I received did not match what was discussed with the dentist. After receiving my "plan for service" they left off things or included things not discussed during the appointment. After raising this issue, the staff at the front desk disappeared for roughly 10 minutes and came back with an entirely different plan of service.

For a routine cleaning, they submitted claims to my insurance for procedures that were not discussed during the service.

I had an appointment to remove the broken post from my implant. The doctor could not remove it, as he did not have the information regarding the post’s brand. He will contact the dentist who installed the implant and afterwards he will pull the post with an appropriate tool. The doctor was very friendly and kind.

The team at Emerald are caring, careful, and communicative. You, thankfully, receive text message reminders of appointments and such and they will do everything to make sure you get the help you need, to include the rare emergency care outside business hours. (Saved our holidays with a day after Christmas emergency)

Every member of the staff was wonderfully kind, especially my hygienist. I have extremely high anxiety regarding dental care and she was encouraging and very gentle.
