It’s my second time at Albert Dental and I have nothing but positive experiences here. Angela, Tawkul, and Dr Albert were friendly, kind, and eager to help me with my problems and inquiries. Easy decision to make this my go to dentist!

Of course, the tooth started hurting late on a Friday when all dentists are closed. So, I looked online and Albert Dental got me an appt in less than 24 hours. Diane was extremely comforting on the phone. And, when I went in today to have a tooth extracted, everyone was very nice and comforting. I was pleased with Dr. Albert’s knowledge, throughness, and kindness. He explained what he needed to do today and what he felt should wait. Also, I was amazed at the prices. Prices we could afford, so we didn’t have to put needed treatments off.
He took extra time to explain the procedure to me. He not only treated me with great respect, but he treated everyone on his staff with the same respect.
I already have some other procedures lined up.
I have great confidence in Dr. Albert.

Pros - The office is diverse and people are nice
Cons - You will pay more for his services which for the money is not worth it. The tooth extraction and dental work is not anything more then what a cheaper dentist would do except more costly. You will have the same pain for his services but more pain to your pocketbook. There are the same amount of competent dentist that will do the same or even better for a lesser price. What you are paying for is the location and if that is important to you then go for it. After receiving their services and being quoted prices for their additional services, I shopped around and found better dental prices at other shops with a better overall experiences. I then compared what I paid to what their cost would have been and realized I paid double the cost. Since I am not in line to be the CEO of Amazon and Bill Gates is not going to adopt me then I am not really enthusiastic about paying more then others for the same service I could get cheaper elsewhere. I hope others will learn the mistakes from a true customer and not some that may be questionable. Regardless, how critical this dental office says the work is and emphasize the urgency, shop around and I know you will get a better price with the same or even better service.

My son needed a painful tooth pulled and Albert Dental was able to see him on a Sunday. He has an extreme phobia of dental work due to his autism, so bad that he won't even let me touch the tooth. Bridget was so understanding and compassionate, and truly cared about my son feeling comfortable. Bridget went above and beyond our expectations. Dr. Natanov was also very experienced in calming fearful patients and he talked to my son step by step telling him what he was going to do. Dr. Natanov made sure my son was completely numb, and did not do anything my son wasn't ready for. They both showed amazing patience and understanding of my son's fear, stopping and explaining every detail so he didn't feel rushed. They were able to quickly pull the tooth and my son did great. Dr. Natanov also was very knowledgeable about a rare dental condition my son has. The entire staff was excellent, friendly and professional.

I’ve been in the office a few times, a tooth removal, deep cleaning, wisdom teeth removal, fillings etc I came in this time for a routine cleaning. Paulina was gentle and communicated very well with what she needed. She always made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Natanov took time and showed me how to work the electric toothbrush I purchased and how to use the application. Another great thing about this office, is that it’s open 7 days a week. For those who work M-F it’s convenient and I am not forced to take off work

Had a wisdom tooth extracted, was quick and simple. The staff did a great job making me feel at ease throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions. Only 4 stars instead of 5 since there was some wait time..however this was done on a Saturday which I had called the same day and they were busy so it was expected.

Dr. Albert takes great care of his patients. Quality work. His assistant Bridgett is the kindest person I have ever met. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've been going to Albert Dental for a couple years now. From my very first experience I knew I wouldn't go anywhere else. He told me the "stain" on my front tooth I'd had for as long as I can remember was a calcium deposit and he filed it right off. My previous dentist never told me that! I went to his office first because it was the closest one my insurance took. I'm still there because of how amazing it is there. The wait time can be a bit long sometimes but what doctor office doesn't make you wait? I broke my tooth over the weekend and when I called on Sunday night he scheduled me for the very next morning. He's very personable and really cares about his work. Also, while getting my crown fitted and my mouth numbed, they laid me back and I watched Netflix in their TV. I never had a good experience with a dentist until I started coming here.

I visited Albert Dental on a Sunday, and I'm so thankful that were open to see me. Nick, the receptionist, is really knowledgeable regarding insurance information. I haven't been to a dentist in a while, so when I came to the back, Polina made me feel very calm and did a great job assisting Dr. Albert. I highly recommend this place for anyone.

I and my family has been visiting Albert dental for couple of years now. Excellent service. I always ask for Lashonlda, she is the best. Love how nicely she handles my tooth cleaning. I have recommended her and Albert dental to my friends. I will keep recommending them.
