When I first started going here a few years ago, everything was great. The staff were kind and they helped me through my anxiety of dental offices. But after the second routine appointment, things started to go downhill. I saw a new doctor every visit and felt like I never saw the same set of hygenists there-- like they hired and let staff go on a more than regular basis. Not a huge deal to me as the staff were still nice, so I kept going. I started having issues at my appoinment Spring 2021. I had to remind the staff twice that I was due for xrays. I had to remind the hygenist and doctor three times that I needed impressions to be fit for a new night guard (new puppy decided mine was a chew toy). They seemed annoyed by it, but I KNEW I was due for them and was in desperate need of a new guard because I'm a heavy grinder. They should have been eager to help. Then they sent off the wrong mold (sent the top, I wear a bottom) which took almost a MONTH to get back after they told me it would only be a week and I had to keep calling them about it. Then it had to be redone and took ANOTHER MONTH to get it back. I don't know why I went back for my routine visit this fall, but I did. And I needed another night guard because I lost my new one on vacation (it happens, okay). The hygenist was nice, but the doctor was very off putting and not friendly. He wasn't mean, but he wasn't that warm either. I get my cleaning, get a new mold made (which hurt because the lady doing it pressed too hard) and wouldn't you know... got the guard back and it didn't fit. I argued with the doctor for 20 minutes before he finally agreed to take another impression. Went back a week later and it STILL didn't fit!!!!!! (It can't be that hard, right???!!!) So at that point I just walked out of the office, no night guard, and I don't plan on going back.

I came to BluHawk Dental on an emergency appointment and they are absolutley amazing! Dr. Reagan was the nicest dentist I have ever seen. I have a fear of dentists and she made. She made me feel safe and taken care of. The dental assistant Sophia was the greatest. She explained everything to me before anything happened. And assured me everything would be just fine. The finance person Josh went over all of my options and made me feel like I had a say in my treatment. I will definitely be back for any future dental needs and I will recommend BluHawk to everyone!

After previously having a negative experience at my previous dental office I came to Bluhawk dental and Briana at the front desk was amazing and super friendly and Dr. Newland was very comforting and compassionate I will definitely be back!!!!

This dentist office is right outside my neighborhood so I decided to schedule cleanings for my son and I, so we could get in quickly. The dentist and staff were very friendly, but something didn't seem right when they listed out a whole litany of issues and things we needed to have done. They had a billing specialist come out and go through the financial aspect before they even cleaned our teeth. Something didn't seem right, they said I needed a crown and a whole bunch of work, and I only went there for a cleaning. They also said my son had 3 cavities that needed to be filled which was weird because he just had his teeth cleaned 7 months prior with no indication of any cavities. I had my records sent to my dentist for a second opinion and they confirmed I do NOT need a crown and they said it's unlikely my son has 3 cavities that quickly but will need to see him to make sure. I started digging and I found out it's corporate company owned based out of California but they have locations all over but they name the offices after the shopping centers... This is a new shopping center so the dental office name is BluHawk... (Shopping center name is Blue Hawk). Again, the staff is really friendly and I feel bad writing this information, but if you go there and it seems like there is a lot of work they are saying you need... ask for a second opinion like I did.

Great staff and great doctors. I’ve been here before and I’ll keep visiting them in the future!

I've been going to this dental office a little over three years. At first Dr Newland and Miss Vicki (hygentist/periodontist) were friendly and concerned about my comfort during procedures. As time went one, Vicki was more and more rough during treatments. And when I chose not to have expensive treatment plans and surgical procedures....Vicki, especially, was more brutal during periodontal treatments. I have now found a clinic that believes in methods that are more comfortable for patient. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND Bluhawk Dental Group. Please read the other one star ratings below. What I experienced is not unusual. Wish I had read these other reviews before I originally went to Bluhawk. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Look at the reviews. They are scamming people. My husband went in today and they would not do his cleaning because they said he needed a “deep cleaning” which would cost $500. They are trying to upsell services and refusing to do routine services through insurance. We get our teeth cleaned every 6 months. A “deep clean” was not needed or asked for.

I have gone to them over the last year for cleanings. I need some implants done and after researching cost the seem to run 30% to 50% higher than industry standatd..standard. They replaced a crown that I am pretty sure didn't need replacing.

I never wanted to go to any dentist until I met Dr. Newland and her amazing team. I have a smile I’m so proud of and would recommend them a thousand times over!!

I ended up going to BluHawk to be seen and while there was a pretty significant scheduling snafu that happened that would have jeopardized getting dental work covered in my benefit period- they really stepped up to the plate. Brandon was awesome in getting things taken care of so that I could get the dental work done in time. Their staff did a great job handling the situation and great dental work in the process!

BlueHawk really demonstrated not just excellent dental care but integrity. I expect to be a long term client.
