Love To Smile: Complete Family & Implant Dentistry

I completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Pedersen. Her and the staff at Love to Smile made the entire process so seamlessly easy - almost TOO easy - that I can't believe I had put it off for so long. Dr. Pedersen genuinely cared about my results and seemed just as thrilled as I was when it came time to finally reveal my new smile. I recommend this office to all of my friends whenever I get the chance!

I love my dentist! Dr. Pedersen is the best and they surround themselves with awesome staff. A full-service dental practice that operates with care and empathy. I actually look forward to my appointments like a visit with friends.

Went in for a routine cleaning my hygenist Larrissa needed to update my xrays and upon my xrays I informed her of a pain I had just started having, she noticed that my filling had started deteriorating. She then informed Dr. Pederson and she made time to provide me a new filling. Dr. Pederson injected the numbing medicine along with her assistant and corrected my filling like she was sleep walking. I say all this as its 8pm and my procedure was done at 9am and I have no pain, no issues with my bite. No heat/cold sensitivity. Thank you for another painless experience.

I hate give this place such a low rating because the dentists and hygienists are amazing! However, my husband and I had the unfortunate experience of our insurance changing, without being aware that this would effect our dental coverage. No one at the office checked our coverage and my husband and I went TWO WEEKS APART for a cleaning. Two weeks after that, we got a giant bill. We tried multiple times to talk with our insurance company and the office. They said they gave us a “$200 discount” but after researching more, they had just significantly overcharged our insurance company and they billed us every penny they were legally allowed to bill us. The financial person at Love to Smile was not empathetic and did not take any blame for the incident. We did not receive any sort of discount or removal of charges. (They took xrays on my husband even though he had already had xrays 6months before at their location, unnecessary). After doing more research, they should have checked our insurance BEFORE they did a cleaning or xrays. Bad practice and money hungry unfortunately. Very disappointed because we enjoyed coming here. Just make sure YOU call your insurance company before coming here, because they will not!

Best dentist I've ever used. Extremely kind and gracious, very friendly and professional. First rate technology and state of the art procedures. Cannot find anything I would change. Kindness is what sets them apart!

This whole team made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived, especially Debi and Dr. Roedemeier. Their communication was fantastic, they narrated every move and made sure I understood what's going on. They also made sure I was as comfortable as possible at all times. The facility is beautiful, modern, high tech and clean. Big bonus, no cheesy inspirational posters on the ceiling!!!

Here is my only advice to the future patients who probably are considering Love To Smile dentistry:
Never let Dr, Sunny Patel works on your teeth. He needs some more education and honesty!
