I can't even wonder to begin with how amazing this place and staff are! My Son and I had an appointment at the same time, I had to have all four wisdom teeth out and they ended up taking my son under their care in the lobby while I was getting my procedure done and they frequently kept me updated on him! Not to mention the MOST positive staff I have encountered at ANY doctors office. Well Done! We will be a forever patients!

The folks at Parkwood are always very friendly and professional. They are fantastic at explaining conditions and procedures, and recommending improvements for home care. They’ve helped me improve the health of my teeth and gums. And it’s always a pleasure getting to talk to everyone that works there. I’m glad a person at my church recommended Parkwood Family Dental!

Every staff member I met today went way above and beyond to help me, from squeezing me in immediately to getting me informed on my cost to the dental work, it's hard to feel comfortable
comfortable at a dentist but they manage. The dentist was the smoothest when it came to the numbing shot of any dentist I had ever dealt with. I was completely shook how quick and efficient he was honestly bring your teeth here!

Parkwood family dental has an excellent staff! Everyone has always been so kind to me. I appreciate how professional they are!

Had a tooth extraction, Dr. Harr and assistant where patient, explained everything to me, and I couldn't even feel it. Later that afternoon Dr. Harr himself called to check on me. I recommend Parkwood Family Dental.

2/22/21. Had my teeth cleaned today, procedures were taking to stay safe with Covid-19. And everyone was so polite, kind, and gentle, it was a pleasure. Thanks Dr Harr and team.

Unfortunately, my experience with them was not very good. After four visits, I have decided to seek dental care elsewhere.
The first visit should have been my final visit. The dental technician, Taylor, did not properly x-ray my mouth and after being lightly scolded by the doctor she aggressively jammed the hand held x-ray machine into my mouth. I wasn't happy about this but I needed some more work done, so after already having spent my time and money, I reluctantly returned, hoping that I would receive better service and care.
My second and third time in were okay but my fourth visit was not. I unfortunately had the same dental technician again. Taylor took almost two hours and completely shredded my gums to the point where I had extensive bleeding. Some bleeding is normal with a cleaning but this certainly was not. It was as if she had gone out of her to purposely injure me. She also made an error and yet again had to redo my x-rays, which I believe they double charged me for. 😐
After speaking with the receptionist today to cancel an upcoming appointment, I was flat out hung up on when I said I did not wish to reschedule at this time.
I just find it disappointing that this is how they choose to do business and I wanted to make our community aware of these unfortunate experiences. Hopefully you do not encounter the same.

I use to hate going to the dentist, but not anymore. From the moment you walk into the door you feel welcome and cared for. I now like going to the dentist! If I hear anyone say they need to find a dentist I always tell them about Parkwood and Dr Harr and his great staff. Thanks to all of you❤️

I have been a patient at Parkwood Dental for the past year and a half. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Recently I needed to have a new bridge made and I couldn't be happier with the results. It looks great, perfectly natural, with no tell-tale signs that it's a bridge! I have always been very pleased with the dental care that I have received from Dr. Harr and his staff. I highly recommend Parkwood Dental.
