I was a walk in so the wait was a bit long, but the dentist and his assistant were the absolute best I've ever seen.

Don't let them talk you into coming in at 7am saying they will do emergency extraction or anything. We sat from 7qm to 2:30 pm in the heat before they told us it would be after 4pm before they could see us. We even called to make an appointment and receptionist said no need we will be happy to help you as a walk in so that was a 35 mile drive to there for nothing.

Had a tooth completely broken. After spending all night in the emergency room in excruciating pain, I showed up to the clinic at 8 am on the dot to be greeted with an extremely rude nurse who told me I was number 11 on the list. So politely I asked her how long the wait would be. She scoffed and again rudely said "uh several several hours. Wait in the parking lot." I asked a follow-up question. (Big mistake) I asked how far out before my appointment would they call me. She responded with when we're ready go wait in your car. (So going home and trying to soothe my pain wasn't an option) At the point of tears after waiting 3 hours in the parking lot. A friend made arrangements with another dentist for me. At 3 pm that afternoon this clinic finally called to say it was my turn! I 100% do NOT recommend this place in ANY kind of emergency

I would strongly advise a second opinion before getting anything major done. I had a 5-10 minute conversation about how I didn’t want to get a tooth pulled. He told me my status would only get worse. After not getting any relief I got a second opinion… I was told I was lied to and i could have died from infection. I would be very cautious about what you get done and only as a last option. Please take this seriously before going please and thank you for reading.

Walk ins are in numerical order and are to arrive between 6 am and 8 am. I arrived at 730 and was number 10. They ended up giving me an option to come the next day with an appt which I accepted. I have to say these people are friendly and when you are scheduled with an appt you never have to wait more than 5 mins. Dr. Abel removed my wisdom tooth which was broken off at the gum line. He was so gentle. They all have such great bedside manners and are extremely gentle! They try their very best to be pain-free even with a shot. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionals here!! They have NEVER been rude to me or son who also sees them. I recommend them over any place!!!

I am so glad I gave this dentistry a chance. Friendly staff, and very professional dentists. They took a personal need seriously and were very friendly and accomadating to my needs. Their dentists are very professional and friendly. They took extra time explaining things, and did not look at me as a dollar sign, they recommended the best option for me. I appreciate their expertise and friendly attitudes. I felt very comfortable there. I had brought my son here in the past as well and the dentist was very good with him too. Thankful to have such high quality proffessionals here, will be back.

Excellent experience with both a thorough exam and evaluation, and another appointment for a routine cleaning. (No cavities again, Ma!!)

The UK Dentistry West Clinic and offices are located inside the Marshall County Health Department building. Proceed around the building to the front entrance, shown in the photos. The UK Dentistry Clinic is just inside, down the hall to your right as you enter.

Disappointing Dr. Hall is rude and feels the need to work on and refill teeth that are not hurting and then destroys them. Other dentist Dr.Marsh was very nice. But you don't get to choose. Hall made a rude comment every visit. If you're in pain go there but beware they feel the need to refill everything that has already been done problem or not. Sad thought this was a good option since moving here guess not.

Very friendly staff. Straight forward about what needs to be done. They don't try to upsell you. The dentists are thorough. My teeth cleaning was great!

Horrible, rude , dentist didn't know what he was doing!!! Had to have a tooth surgically removed no pain med ! Got dry socket , after the numbing meds wore off I could feel that the tooth beside it had been broken and now I have a huge hole in a tooth that was fine !!! He needs fired do they not care that their service is getting such bad reviews?!? We can't all be wrong!!
