I have always had a great fear of dentist until Dr Jones was recommended to me by a dear friend. I knew I would have to have a lot of extensive dental work as my gum disease was progressing rapidly and i was going to loose most of my teeth. Dr Jones and her staff were nothing but caring and did everything to ease my fears from the very first consultation with her over 6 years ago. She is hands down the best dentist around in my opinion and her staff are beyond the very best caring wonderful people around. I care for each and every one of them. All of my family almost are now patients of Jones Family Dentistry because of the outstanding wonderful care given to me. We love them!

Dr. Jones is a wonderful dentist and most of her staff are fabulous. I am, however, very disappointed in their billing staff. I was told right after an appointment my out of pocket was $1,000.00 more than what I thought and they also informed me my dental coverage ran out for this year, but will renew in a month. In other words, if the appointment was delayed a month I wouldn't have paid so much out of pocket. I brought it to the attention of Dr. Jones' office via facebook and they promptly responded and apologized, but that was unsatisfactory. I have switched providers because of this incident, but if Dr. Jones were to provide training the billing staff to better protect her patients financially, I would go back.

I was hesitant but it all changed when I walked in and sat in that chair. Shelbie was so sweet and showed real concern. She was very informative and had a great sense of humor. Andrea was as polite and called as promised if there were an earlier appointment open verses the one scheduled previously. I will be back without a doubt. Very professional and informative.
