I had recently been in the dentists 4 times in 3 months getting deep cleans, routine maintenance/cleanings and 2 wisdom teeth removed. I keep my teeth very clean. I decided to switch to Warren for my upcoming 6 month cleaning because they are in Georgetown and I had been going to Lexington. I asked for a standard cleaning. I received a deep clean instead. When I get to the counter to my surprise they slap me with a huge bill and tell me my insurance does not cover the service!!! I pay up. They schedule me to come back the following week for what I believe to be what I had expected to get in the first place, a general cleaning. WRONG. Another unnecessary deep cleaning my insurance doesn’t cover, and another huge charge in which I scrape change to cover!!!! They then tried to schedule me to come back the following week for an actual routine cleaning. Seriously?!! No thanks. I’ll be eating ramen for a month now!
The straw that broke the camels back: Today I received a bill in the mail with a payment due date of one week!! My last visit there was 7 MONTHS AGO!

AWSOME service! Great work! Dr. Warring is the best! Always does his best to help me.!100% go to him ! Dr. Warring just fixed my broken 2 teeth perfectly and called me in early!! Great service and really nice people!! 5 stars all day!!!!

The Dentist and staff are extremely professional, clean, friendly and comforting. I am very scary of pain but they are so good I've been back twice. He removed a tooth with 3 roots with ease. Once you are a client, if any waiting time they are probably waiting on you.

Dr Warring is a great Dentist! He gives shots painlessly, and is so gentle when working on my teeth! I am so glad I found him, and will be going to his office for years! His Staff is also very nice, a wonderful experience over all I'd say.

Very friendly feel that he wanted to do a recovery plan and I just want my bad teeth out. We talked over the recovery plan and I’m happy with it. He listens to your problems and addresses the problem. Very fast also great staff.

Warring is great but his staff never gets back to you when trying to make appointments. His office is a little run down but clean. I had not used his service before and decided to give him a try considering I had a tooth problem and needed a personal dentist. The first visit he performed a root canal and reworked a tooth and a few months later it has broke, I have tried to call for a follow up appointment prior to the break and now twice after the break and the staff does not return my call. The first attempt to get an appointment after the tooth broke led to them telling me they would check the dates I provided and call me back with which one they could schedule me for. I have not heard back, luckily the tooth doesn't hurt but Im just disappointed in the lack of professionalism the staff shows considering the fact that Robert is what seems to be a good dentist.

Dr. Warring is a very knowledgeable, caring and gentle Dentist. His staff is warm n friendly. His work is excellent. My son, daughter, and I have been visiting his office for nearly 15 years. I highly recommend Dr. Robert Warring for all of your Dentistry needs.
