I called to schedule an appointment with them as a new patient. They told me they took my insurance but that it would be a couple months before they could see me. That was fine so I scheduled the appointment. I just got a call saying they no longer take my insurance! I was willing to wait three months to go here and then a month after I book the appointment they tell me they no longer take my insurance. Now I have to wait another few months to be seen at a different dentist as a new patient. Don’t waste your time here if you have Medicaid because they will say they can take you then cancel on you a month later

Samantha was efficient throughout the entire process, thorough in explaining the results of the exam and the cleaning process, gentle and considerate during the cleaning, and very kind.
