Talk about A+++! They are so wonderful. The entire office is clean and smells like fresh, baked cookies. The receptionists are super sweet. Very professional. Especially over the phone. Everyone is just so lovely. Even the customers in the waiting area were friendly. They were tickled pink about my two girls! Dr. Hendricks is truly amazing. He's great with my children and knows his stuff! He made me feel confident about the work that I'll be getting done. The kids were able to select a toy out of the toy chest after their appointment. They had a great time. This is our forever dentist!

Unfortunately, everything they did for me did not help me. They filled a tooth without drilling out the decay first. I know there was decay because I could smell it and taste it. They just shoved some stuff in the tooth and called it a day. Where they numbed me, I'm getting an infection. It's swollen, and little bumps have formed around the injection site. I'm very unhappy. I wanted to like this dental clinic. They did some other patchwork on another tooth and it broke off the same day! Such a shame, the staff were all very nice.

My son has a few cavities, we went in for his appointment and they had him back there for 5 minutes, told me they didn't have to numb him but did the drilling and filling. I spoke to him (he's 17, knows what happened) they only capped the filling. Didn't remove the decaying tooth so now we have to find another dentist to fix what they messed up! DO NOT GO HERE! if I could offer a 0 star i would. Trying to find if there's a place I can report their practice!
Also the front receptionist argued on the phone to me, telling me he was back there for just under 30 minutes. He wasn't even there for 6. No way could they do the work they said they did in under 6 minutes.

I have been going to Dr. Hendricks office for almost 5 years. When I first went they gave me a treatment plan for crowns on my front teeth. I wasn’t interested then, and he didn’t pressure me to get work I didn’t have to have done. But just last year the filling I had had since high school broke and I went in and got them done. They look amazing. It makes me wish I would have gotten them done years ago! His staff is so nice, I don’t even have to check in when I get there they know exactly who I am. I have referred my two aunts to his office and they also love it!!!!

Dr. Hendricks and his staff always go the extra mile to make sure I am pleased with the care I received in the office. If I have a question, Dr Hendricks will tell me come back and sit down and let him check it out. My teeth are heathier than they have been in years, thanks to Hendricks Family Dentistry.

Today, I went in to have a chip fixed, but they fixed two. The assistant said I can't leave with a tiny little chip in the other tooth.

I highly recommend Hendricks Family Dentristy.

Receive a bill from them for work covered under my insurance . I assume it was from my last time ever going there and then writing a review. I'm unsure but thanks to these people every filling fell out. I've lost 5 teeth and more needs to go. It's going to cost me $1,876 just to FIX the "work" theyve done. My teeth weren't perfect to begin with but the amount of pain and suffering theyve put me through and the second option from another dentist saying everything theyve done wasn't done correctly and I still have cavities under every filling and decay they never removed I'm thinking of suing. Thanks to them I no longer feel pretty bc of my teeth.. so tha I you Hendricks family dentistry for making my life hell and causing me embarrassment and shooting down my self conscious. 👍🖕

I had my bottom two wisdom teeth pulled at the same time. I was extremely nervous and all of the staff did everything they could to make sure that I was comfortable and calmed. Dr. Hendricks and his staff are amazing! I would recommend them to anyone!

Hands down the best dentist office in Lexington. Staff is awesome, dentist is the coolest and he cares about people. They are small and you don't feel like a number. Check them out, you will be glad you did!!!

Hands-down the best dentist office I’ve had the joy to visit. The staff are friendly and personable. I’ve never had to wait more than 2 minutes in the waiting room. And they always have me out in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I had quite a bit of cavities and went to them bc they accept Medicaid and it's tough finding a good dentist on Medicaid they messed up my filling.. didn't get rid of the decay, filled cavities but not all way so the cavities are behind the fillings, what they did fill wasn't properly done so I couldn't floss and it left a gap between the filling molding and my gums but couldn't clean properly bc I couldn't floss due to the filling molding my teeth together, most filling fell out and when I went back to get them fixed idk what they did but I still have holes from the filling they "fixed" I've been in excruciating oral pain since i started going there, and every time i have an "infection" or they pull a tooth.. i have had 4 teeth pulled in 1 year time and now i have to loose all my top teeth bc of the "work" they did . I constantly have teeth pain now since I went there for care.. I'm embarrassed and hurt by the care I recieved. i believe i was taken advantage of. every staff member there is so kind and friendly that I'm truly hurt that they caused me this much stress and pain. I trusted them and now they ruined my life 😭
