Best dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Melton is very gentle and doesn't forcefully yank a tooth out, instead she gently works the tooth lose and out of your mouth. The whole staff at Herron's is super friendly and very experienced in their roles. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. They take the fear and anxiety out of going to the dentist.

I went to Chris Herren DMD Family Dentistry today for tooth extractions...I saw Dr. Kathryn Melton, and she is AWESOME. IF you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend her. Earlier in my life I had a very bad experience with a dentist which led me to neglect my teeth even though I knew they were getting worse. I couldn't take the pain any longer, went to her and she absolutely took all my fears away. She's AMAZING!!

Worst cleaning of my life. It’s been 2 years since I have had a teeth cleaning due to moving and having a baby. Otherwise my teeth have been cleaned twice a year my entire life. She barely spot cleaned my teeth. The cleaning should have been way more extensive than it was. 30 minute appointment for X-rays, cleaning, and exam with the doctor. I won’t be back here. Pure laziness.

I had a very good experience here. The staff is was exceptional, and professional. I felt very comfortable explaining my dental issues with them and they were quick to ease my mind about my problems. They took very good care of me. They made sure I got the most out of my insurance benefits, and made it so I paid as little out of pocket as possible. I already have my next appointment scheduled and plan on going to them for my dental needs as long as possible. Thank you all for your hard work, patience, and understanding.

The office staff are a lot nicer than they used to be and the new office is very nice. I’ve been going for 10 years and don’t have many complaints. But I do hate to get a filling by anyone other than Dr. Herren. Every time someone else has finished one I’ve always had trouble with the bite and it grinding against my teeth when I close my mouth. Usually it wouldn’t be an issue, just an annoyance, but the excessive “shaving it down” has resulted in one of my teeth chipping off on the way home before.

Great staff and dentist. Had to have two teeth pulled and it went smoothly. Staff was nice and fun to be around. Will be taking all my dental work there.

I highly recommend Dr Chris Herren Family Dentistry. I have just started going to his Dentistry. But him and his staff are very friendly and them make you feel comfortable there. Even when your getting dental work done. Well done to everyone. Thanks alot.

Had yearly check up first time visiting said I needed two fillings done teeth was not hurting before hand but after they done the second filling went back 4 times to them complaining about it hurting for them to only act like I wasn’t hurting tried to say because my insurance wasn’t paying them quick enough I owed them for 5 visits only went 2 times before for the two fillings but said I owed them they couldn’t fix the tooth until insurance paid them even tho they caused the pain!! Each time went back they keep saying my bite was off is why but it wasn’t my bite it was the filling they done wrong!! Finally Dr Herren came into the room after 4th time going back to only get rude with me tried to say I was lying even said I had been back 3 times before even was there the day before over same issue over same tooth they filled the day before the first time going back!! He didn’t look at the tooth anytime of those visits I went back! He knew because he seen his assistant working on filing it (to fix the bite that didn’t need fixed) told her not to file much but still didn’t fix the problem so 4th going back all in the same week!! I ask for my records because he came into the room laughing telling me that I was lying and at that point I wouldn’t let them touch me I was there the day before(3rd time) told me I didn’t mention it that day even tho I did that’s why I was there!! I ask for his assistant that was trying to file it to come and tell him what she had done all the 3 times since he obviously don’t know but she was no where to be found of course!! Finally got up out of the chair ask for my records told him I wouldn’t going to be talk that way to nor let them mess me up more!! I went to the front ask for my records they told me to step outside their office to wait for them so I did, then Besty Williams the lady at the front came brought them to me she started her mouth on me being really loud screaming in the parking lot where everyone could hear saying I owed them 960 bucks for fillings and x ray and I was just mad because I wanted more work done that my insurance hasn’t paid BROKE HIPPA LAW!! I was so confused like how does my insurance have anything to do with a fillings they done that caused pain!?! So of course I am going to another dentist to get the problem that caused fix hopefully it can be fixed!! Wouldn’t recommend them to no one they are very unprofessional!! My face is bruised has been 7 days now been in pain couldn’t even enjoy Christmas dinner it was an awful experience due to their lack of knowledge!!

Update went to London dental they X-ray and said it wasn’t sealed the filing has/is getting redo by London dental hope this fixes it!!

Fantastic dentist. Always helpful and took care of my dental problems with a good attitude and friendly manner.

Love this office! & Dr.Herren ! Professional and friendly! Also great working with a flexible schedule :) highly recommend
