Drs. Williams & Schiavone

I had gone to Dr. Williams for 12 years and was very pleased with, the minimal pain involved with both my teeth and my wallet. Dr. Williams had an accident that kept him off from work for awhile. I had a tooth that was giving me a lot of pain. I had to do something. There is a bill board close to my home in Palmyra, that says dentistry for cowards. Answering the questionnaire about my two top concerns, which is PAIN in my tooth and my wallet. I went to this dentist and told them which tooth was hurting. They convinced me it was the tooth in front of the one which I thought was the culprit. They x-rayed all my teeth and then numbed and drilled the tooth to be fitted with a crown. They had this crown made of "GOLD". After multiple visits they capped the tooth and I was sent home, after paying my bill of approximately $2000.00. I was told there would be residual pain because of the dental work, so I dealt with the pain for a week or more. I decided they had indeed missed the tooth giving me the pain. I took my chances and called Dr. Williams's office and was told he was back to work. They got me in, and I was treated within the week. They x-rayed and determined it was a sensitive nerve, not a cavity. Dr. Williams offered to coat it with something, and advised brushing with Sensodyne tooth paste. He let me know that it might take a month for the tooth nerve to cool down. As time passed in weeks, the tooth has settled down and is behaving itself. The cost was within my retirement budget. I really regret having made a bad decision to try someone else because it was closer to home. I live in Palmyra. Dr. Williams's office is in Louisville, some 40 miles away. I don't care about the drive or the expense. It has been well worth it. Since this problem with the tooth pain, I have gone back for a six months teeth cleaning. Judy the hygienist, is very gentle, and very thorough. Judy does the cleaning with only her hands in my mouth, not like the other dentist who had an assistant, and with four hands in my mouth. Yes I have a big mouth, but it is not wide, wide, wide, like Dixie Hwy. I would give them a ten star rating if it were possible. Unfortunately, I am limited to a five star rating. Thanks Maria, the receptionist, that made it possible for me to get in quickly.

I have been a patient for over 30 years. They are very skilled and very responsive. Truly a welcoming family operation interested in a high level of customer service.

Been going to them since I was a kid and went back as an adult ! Still the same GREAT customer service! The STAFF is so loving and amazing EVERY TIME I go! Really appreciate them and all their work!

I called for an appointment, informed the receptionist that I had Blue Cross insurance, she took my contact info and my address then tried to make me give her my social security number...I will definitely report this office. They are violating HIPA LAWS, and probably stealing folks identity. Consider yourself warned SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY WRONG HERE.

As usual, one of the best parts of my year!! Great staff, prompt and thorough service. I know most people don’t like the dentist but you would, if you came here.

I have been going to this office for years and see both dentist. Their care is excellent. They have the best hygienist and staff. They will work with you with or without insurance.
