My experience was good because I need a tooth fixed. My wife went in for a cleaning and got Covid from there place. How did we know it was from there you ask. She hadn’t been anywhere before or after her visit. Now they want to send you a bill for an extra cleaning of the office.

They will charge you a $20 infection control cleaning charge that is not covered by insurance and they don't advise about it upfront. $20 is not a big deal but 3 days after visiting there I started feeling ill and then tested positive for covid. I've been very guarded with where I go and this was the only place I visited. So I'm 99% sure it came from there. I disputed the charge and was told they wouldn't see me anymore and that the health dept would have called them if I had covid and they weren't called. I called the health dept and they do have this office on record as where I had been but at that time when I had covid they only called the employers of people who tested positive not the places where people had visited. I've been going there for years and in the past they were good but this experience was totally unacceptable. I will never go back there.
