I've went here for years, and I don't know who the low star reviewers are talking about but the people here are very nice and accommodating. All the work I've had done is still going strong, and I've had a lot of work done.

Worst dental experience! Do not recommend. They called and asked me if I would come in today because they had a cancellation. I was 5 minutes late because of school bus traffic, but the waiting room was empty and even so, I wasn't seen for almost an hour. I told them upfront I had bad anxiety and was nervous, but they had no sympathy. The girl cleaning my teeth was obviously upset about something and seemed to be taking it out on me and was very, very rude. The dentist came in to see me and without introducing herself or saying a word to me, proceeded to have me open my mouth to start looking at what needed done. They were very unprofessional, and unfriendly. I was there till almost 6, which I feel is part of why they were so rude because they close at 5! But they were the ones who asked me to come in at 4 to fill in for a cancellation. If this review makes you unhappy, maybe you should treat your clients with more respect and professionalism! This is 100% the exact experience, as a person who's family runs a local business, I understand how much reviews can impact business and wouldn't dare leave one unless I felt truly necessary. But this experience was uncalled for, I will not be back and do not recommend.

This office has a courteous and professional staff that took me in right at the time of my appointment. They always put me at ease and make me comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Tiffany Riley; because she and her staff do excellent work at Healthy Smiles Family Dental Care.

This dentist is rude, unprofessional and does terrible work. She worked my husband's mouth over and he was sore for several weeks. What should have been a simple extraction of a small front tooth he's now finding pieces of the tooth left in there. Which would explain why he's been sore for so long. We would not recommend this dentist to anyone..

I would rate 0 if that was an option . My son has went there for years . I waited for them to call for his appointment. When they didn't I called to find out they don't take his insurance anymore . I feel like they should have called and let me know instead I called. The automated system says we aren't taking calls so they text you. So I sent a message for whoever answered to be rude. Don't feel like they will be in business long .

I'm grateful that God directed me to Healthy smiles the staff has always worked with myself and my family of 7 I've also recommend several of my other family members and are well satisfied. Special thanks to Jennifer she is persistent, caring and very honest in her work.

My experience with them was terrible, they were disrespectful, they messed up the appointments and said I messed it up. They were very rude. RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE. And i had to work extra extra hard not to be disrespectful back. They continued to be disrespectful. DISRESPECTFUL DISRESPECTFUL DISRESPECTFUL DISRESPECTFUL. And i dont care to go back.
Also came to find out that I wasn't the only person who's appointment they messed up. I drove an hour and a half and they didn't even see one of my daughters .

we took my barely 3-year-old grandson for his 1st visit. the dentist (Tiffany) and the staff were wonderful. our hygienist, however, was not. we told her it was his 1st visit, and that he doesn't do well with exams. she was not friendly and had zero patience with him. she even huffed out loud because he didn't do exactly what she wanted! i can't count the dirty looks she gave us. i have never experienced anyone as unprofessional as she was, especially dealing with a small child. if not for her, they would have gotten a 5.

I would give this place negative points. They do not run a smooth business nor do they seem to really care about their patients. I have never had as bad of an experience as i have had this dentist office or anywhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all.

Had a filling done earlier this year and suspected a crack within 10 months. Booked an appointment right away. Had an exam and they said the filling was still in place and just fine but there was ‘excess material’ from the initial procedure earlier in the year. They used the sand paper strip and file to ‘fix’ the issue. Two days later my filling fell completely out. Since my insurance only has coverage for one filling a year I could not get it fixed without having to pay the full 200+ dollar price tag. They claimed no responsibility and were negligent.
