Had my top teeth removed and had impressions for an upper plate.

The extractions were extremely painful. He gave me several novacaine shots into my bottom jaw. I asked him why and he grumbled and moved to the top. Placement of the shots was awful, making the extraction very painful.

He left large chunks of my teeth in the sockets, that require surgical removal. His $800 upper plate he sold me can't be used for eating. I left the office after all of the extractions with no written instructions. The guy needs to retire.

I had been going to this dentist since I was a child. I had missed an extraction visit due to my child being in the hospital… where she passed away. They then contacted me to inform me I had been released as a patient. Regardless of circumstances.

Only one star because I can't reach the office which states they are open today. I'd ask a question or send a message if possible. Answering machine picked up yesterday, so if you're there today, please answer. Dental work was ok. Was extremely nervous before going after reading reviews but had sux teeth pulled which went ok.

I have always been terrified of dentist. I have had horrible encounters in the past. I started letting Dr. Coffey work on my teeth bout three years ago now. He's the only dentist I've ever had that doesn't hurt numbing me. He's very professional and polite. Yes, I to have had teeth pulled in the past. Or had them break off while pulling them. And then there's nothing else they can do but let the pieces work their way out. And sit for weeks with tweezers pulling shards of teeth out of my gum line. Dr. Coffey is the only man my husband would let touch his mouth. As his fear of the dentist was worse than mine. To the point of passing out. I would never go to anyone but this man. I dread the day when he retires. I don't know who I will go to then. He has the sweetest staff ever too!!! 💙💙💙

When I went to this office my intentions were to have my teeth pulled and to get false teeth. Which he told me he knew how to do. Then he said he could only pull one tooth at a time because I took Fosamax, for bone density. the Fosamax was working perfectly according to my doctor... My bone density was fine. Senior citizens desperately have weak bone density and they get their teeth pulled all the time. Anyways it took over a year to have my top teeth pulled and then he broke one of the front ones off. When I questioned him he said "no, it's okay". It is not okay! I am in pain everyday and I can't have anything done unless I pay out of pocket to have it surgically removed because he charged my insurance company for removing it already and they are not going to pay twice to have a tooth removed that is already removed, according to him. He also charged my insurance company for surgically removing my teeth, which he absolutely did not, not even one time. He never took one x-ray. When he finally did make the false teeth they were horrible. Absolutely horrible, I will give pictures to anybody who wants them. When I pointed out to him how the gum was severely bubbled out causing my lip to curve under it and he said "don't smile that big, ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? the teeth never got fixed correctly. The Last time i saw him he walked out of the room and basically was angry with me and said "I've already sent these back five times until you're satisfied" I said "I'm not satisfied" I said you're the one satisfied! I filled a grievance with my insurance company but he told them I had to get used to the teeth. I look forward for anyone messaging me wanting a picture of these teeth. I have an appointment where I have to pay out-of-pocket but my teeth are going to be fixed. I can't wait to show these teeth to that he made to the new dentist. I have compared these teeth to several other people's dentures and they look absolutely horrid! This is the worst dentist that I, personally, have ever been to. And, because of a car accident when I was a child, I have been too many. FACTS!!!!!!! [email protected]

Dr. Coffey has been my dentist, my husband's dentist, and my daughter and grandchildren's dentist for many years. One of the children is special needs and one of the reasons my daughter likes Dr. Coffey is the way he works with this little girl. He has always been patient, kind, and thorough with myself and my family. I was there yesterday and his staff was kind, friendly, and efficient. The doctor was friendly and businesslike. I've never had a complaint about this dental office. Dr. Coffey has been able to do work for me that I had been told by another dentist would require surgery including bone grinding. Yikes! Glad to have avoided that due to Dr. Coffey's talent.

Had a cavity fixed that had kind of been bothering me and a few hours after the numbness went away I started experiencing extreme nerve pain. I called them so I could come back in and get it taken care of. They said the doc had plans and was leaving. I asked what my options were and was told to tough it out. I called a few more times and the best I ever got from them was "go to the ER". I called another dentist, they had me come right in and immediately fix my problem.

The initial work was fine. Rough, but fine. The dentist himself did good work. The care after my visit though, was not acceptable.

Had tooth pulled today, was the best, no pain at all, was the best I’ll be back when I need anymore dental work done. Two years later had another tooth pulled I was in pain before I had it pulled left the office in no pain at all another great visit, going to have some implants later on and they will be here

The staff was very nice! But the dentist himself was a very rude and disrespectful individual! He would not do any kind of work on my teeth due to me going to see an oral surgeon next month. By far the worst dentist I have ever been to!!!!! If there was a such thing as 0 stars he would have it
