I had an appointment today for 3 extractions, I was so nervous but they all made me feel comfortable. They explained the entire process and made sure I wasn't in any pain before and during the process. Dr. Aldy and her staff are so polite and understanding. They did one of the extractions and I didn't even know it was done that's how good she is, her staff kept my baby girl entertained while I had the dental work done andi really appreciate them. If you need dental work done, please come to this office they will definitely take good care of you

I was actually a huge fan of this location, or was until my encounter during my last cleaning. I missed my last appointment and their next open date was 4 months after, so it’s been about 10 months since I was last seen. I immediately asked if they had any numbing cream because my gums are super sensitive. The hygienist replied “yes, has what I’ve done thus far hurt? I just started” in a way that threw me off a bit. I’ve been offered this cream each cleaning for years and didn’t think it was an issue. She leaves, grabs the cream and quickly applies it to the outside layer of my teeth only. This cleaning was a really painful experience, and I knew she knew I was in pain. When I winced and said ouch, the response was “yeah there’s a lot of build up here”. I’ve been coming to this location for years, my wisdom tooth extraction hurt less than this ordeal. I was in tears upon finishing. So I’m at the front desk scheduling my next appointment, she comes to the front where I am and states that she’d like to see me for my follow up to make sure I don’t have the same amount of build up in my teeth. Granted it had almost been a year since my last cleaning so I informed her of that. She then went to ask if I was a mouth breather and verbalized “you're really not a 6 month person, you need to come every 4 months for a cleaning. As soon as you see it you should come in because I shouldn’t have to clean that much gunk at a time. It gets disgusting”. I’ve had two cavities in my life, no braces and I brush/floss daily, there is no neglect when it comes to my teeth. This encounter was more on the unsatisfactory side for me, and I see others have had a few complaints regarding customer service within the location as well. I’ve never had an issue besides this and it could be a possibility she was having a bad day, I’m not sure. Either way, the delivery of her cleaning and aftercare follow up talk could definitely be worded and conducted in a different fashion.

I used to go to this dentist for years when I was younger before it got burned down.😢 I miss going here, I never had any problems with my teeth until I started going to other dentists. 😩 Dr. Jordan was my dentist for years. Until she move and open her own business across the street, Once I get this root canal done I'm going back to Dr. Jordan. Some of these dentists now days just want money they don't take the time to listen to you and your concerns. I went to a dentist in baker to get a second opinion for a root canal he going to tell me that I don't need a root canal after I went to a oral surgeon specialist in Zachary .And they say I do and of course I have to pay out of pocket because they don't take my insurance . My mouth still hurts after what supposed be one thing. got some work done less than a week ago. When I went to the dentist in baker.😤 I'm not pleased at all.

I love this dentist office. Everyone is so nice and they take their time with you. I feel comfortable no matter what I come in to get done.

ALISHA (front desk/answers phones) was the RUDEST person I have ever spoken too in my life! I called with an EMERGENCY! They couldn’t get me in ASAP so I asked her to please hold my appointment while I call my dentist which opened in 10min. She TOLD me NO because the office was busy and to call her back after calling my own office. I told her she was rude and that’s no way to talk to someone and she then says ok well we need xyz information before we can see you anyway. I HUNG UP IN HER FACE because she spoke with so much attitude and disrespect I couldn’t take it. And it honestly all started as soon as I said I had Healthy Blue Insurance. Discrimination at its finest. There’s just a way to talk to people.

First of all, the staff was very nice upon my arrival doing this Corona Virus pandemic. The lady who did the temperature check and the receptionist was very professionals. The lady who did my X-ray was very nice. Made me so relaxed while I was waiting in the preparation room. They assured me, everything was going to be okay. The lady kept checking in on me after the deadening of my gum. They came and did there job, before I notice, the tooth was out with no pain. I recommend anyone to this dentist office. They're real good and true to there professional. Thank the Staff.

I was not pleased with the service I was given. I had to wait longer than 15 minutes before going to the back and I had an appointment and when I went to the back my child was given gas and he was antsy so they only waited 2 minutes before saying he had to go somewhere else. Also when I was getting my teeth cleaned the lady was aggravated and impatient and missed the fact that I had a hole in my tooth the next day I noticed it and tried to get back to get it taken care of and they never called back after speaking with someone.

The service and staff were great. But the receptionist and her snide remark and attitude upon completion of my visit was uncalled for and unacceptable.

The receptionist broke down the cost of the services I was to endure upon my follow-up visit and quoted me a price that was significantly higher than I expected and thought my insurance would cover. Upon verbalizing my shock regarding her financial assessment, she rudely says to me "At least you got a couple of your fillings covered for free. I wish I had that included". I then told her that our nation should have access to Universal Healthcare like every industrialized nation in the western world. She remained silent.

I am there due to problems that have manifested regarding my teeth. Not to hear a receptionist's opinion regarding my gratefulness that Medicaid pays for one of my cavities. I am not someone who has been on Medicaid for my 40 years of existence on earth. I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois. I was a hotel manager in NYC and Chicago for over twenty years. I am awaiting my disability from an accident that occured at my workplace, thus am forced to use Medicaid until I receive my settlement.

Next time stick to what.you know: answering phones, stapling multiple sheets of paper, and making appointments. My "gratefulness" is of ZERO concern to you.

The rest of the staff were very nice. Shame the attitude of one person can have a ripple effect pertaining to one's whole experience.

I give this business 5 stars because i am not a dentist type of person. I hate going to the dentist! When it comes to extractions im a nervous wreck. These people were so welcoming and nice. They encouraged me the whole time. They made sure i was ok before and after my extraction. Let me tell yall one thing. I DID NOT FEEL ANYTHING! I think they were done in like 3 min. Im so happy i choose this dentist to start going to!
