I give Dr. Courtney Jones and her staff five stars because the customer service there was excellent and the environment is amazing. The office space is very new, fresh and clean, decorated very modern and contemporary. Upon walking in, you can feel the warmness from the staff and get of sense of relaxation from the soft music playing in the background. They even offer coffee while you wait. In the exam room I was in, as you're reclined back, there's a television to watch to preoccupy you as the dental work is being done. That sure helped the visit go by fast! On top of all this, my teeth are sparkling, and feel really clean, and I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Jones is the best. Super personable; her entire staff is amazing. All around great, clean, and inviting facility. Played nice old school music (especially my husband MJJ!!), and got to catch up on my Netflix shows! Will be bringing my babies to her ASAP, already signed over the release forms from Houston! 😂

Well, from the moment I made the phone call to make my appointment they were plesantly professional and accommodating. When I walked thru the door I was greeted and welcomed in with smiles. I was offered something to drink and my wait time was less than 5 minutes. They performed a thorough examination of my teeth and explained it to me in detail. Dr. Jones and her staff are FABULOUS!

Had some work done on my back teeth about 2 years ago and boy do I regret it. The work that was done caused my teeth to shift, creating a gap in between my back teeth. It was small at first but now it is large. It has gotten to the point where I have to floss after every meal to keep food out of the gap. While inconvenient, this gap is more than just a nuisance, it is causing me extreme physical pain. I am in so much pain every single day, I can barely cope. I have no idea how I am going to fix this with spending a lot of money on orthodontics. What frustrates me the most is that I told the dentist after getting work done that my teeth felt loose and she didnt believe me.

Absolute wonderful staff, I’ve always been so anxious going to the dentist, to the point that I skip going. Every time that I’ve gone to my dental appointments I make sure to have my headphones so I can listen to music to help stay calm and make it thru my visits. This was my very first visit at this office and because the office setting was so calm and welcoming and the staff was amazing, I didn’t even pull out my headphones!!!!!

I found Jones Creek family Dentistry after a bad experience at another local office. The actual dental visit was only icing on the cake, Miss Bridgett offered great customer service from the beginning with scheduling! I was offered refreshments while I waited to be called by the hygienist and enjoyed some great air conditioning to cool down from the 90 degree heat outside. In the back, I was met by what seems to be everyone’s favorite feature — Netflix! The staff was very thorough and transparent with me about my treatment plan after cleaning! Thank you!!
