Elite Family Dentistry

This was the worst experience with a Dental Hygienist. She was disrespectful and very vocal. She called my insurance company and use the words "She was calling to make sure my insurance was up to date and had not lapsed", she could of chosen better verbiage when asking the question of my insurance company. I was so embarrassed and felt the need to share this information. I was there for a routine cleaning appointment and during that time she spoke in a manner that was chastising and belittling. Once done with the appointment she spoke about a previous appointment and I still owed a balance. They quoted one price I would be out of pocket and then said I had to pay more (this was from a previously visit 8-2021). This is not how any business should operate. There was a waiting room with 3 patients and they overheard this lady screaming at me I had to pay this bill. I stated calmly I will find another Dentist office that has employees with a better "chair side" manner. I will never recommend this dentist practice to anyone. Lastly, after I left the office this young lady had the nerve to call my phone, leave a message I was no longer welcomed as a patient in their office. For the record at no time did I raise my voice to her, I stated that I would locate another Dentist practice for my future needs. It is my hopes the Dentist will see my comments and have a conversation with the Hygienist.

My visit was great I was very nervous and everyone made me feel comfortable. Mr. Johnathan and Mrs. Theresa and the other Lady that deaden my mouth treated me very well. I've already recommended service here to other people. Thank you so much!

First time being cleaned with a ultrasonic scaler. I liked it. Was much less painful than I expected, and would definitely want my cleaning done this way again. New to the area, and first time using this dental office. The hygienist was exceptional.

Friendly, professional staff always greet with a smile. Whatever service I am there for, they take time to address my concerns, and always explain the process before, during, and afterwards as needed. Office staff is knowledgeable and proficient as well.
