Awesome dentistry. Dr. Davis took amazing care of my children's dental needs as they grew up. Both Dr. Davis and Dr. Huff have great bedside manners. This office has always treated my family well. "5 stars here."

The staff there is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was treated with no respect from the receptionist when trying to schedule a cleaning. I was cut off during my conversation trying to explain that I came once before & I was told my insurance couldn’t be found. She then tells me the type of cleaning I need isn’t offered there. 1st of all you don’t even know what type of cleaning I need without an examination. I then said how is that when you receive 2 cleanings per year. It took the Dentist to say just schedule her for the type of cleaning that’s covered with her insurance. I said thank you because I know I get 2 per year. The 2nd receptionist tells me if I want a cleaning there I will not be rude to their staff. I was never rude. All I wanted was a cleaning & all she had to do was schedule it & explain that if I need a deep cleaning I’ll have to pay for it. I would’ve agreed to it. I left very upset because how I was treated. I immediately called Taylor Dental in Monroe & I have my appointment in a month. I was treated with RESPECT and was told to have a nice day.

I would give them no stars if possible. The staff is very unprofessional, impolite and rude, I called to reschedule my 4 year olds appointment and the lady ( last name Hatten) thought she could just talk to me any kind of way umm no ma'am. She shouldn't be allowed to work in any office. My baby is suffering with a toothache, but thank God he has an appointment. Today in less that 3 hours. I will never go to Dr. Davis office or refer any of my friends to go there. Dr. Tufts office in Monroe, La is very professional and polite. If at all possible stay away from Dr. Davis office!!!

I am shocked that so called “professionals” would treat their patients with such rude and distasteful attitudes. They are specifically targeting Medicaid patients, only giving them one chance to show up for an appointment. If you miss that appointment you are no longer allowed to schedule one! They said it themselves, only Medicaid patients are kept from rescheduling...

I have been to many dentists throughout my 67 years on this planet, but have never been more impressed with a group of people....from office staff, to nurses, to dental assistants, to the boss, Dr. Joe Huff.
All exhibited a level of professionalism and diligence during these trying times that goes "above and beyond".
Thank you all for setting the bar high, and surpassing the standard for which all medical personnel should strive.

The Dentist of Your Nightmares

First off, let me say that this is not directly about Dr. Davis, but rather a dentist that works at this facility — namely Dr. Joseph Huff. My son went in for some minor dental work, and Dr. Huff was rude, condescending and generally unprofessional. Now my son is terrified of dentists. Turns out, we discovered that several friends had similar experiences. Avoid. There are so many better places to go.

I use Dr. Davis as my children's dentist. My 3yo loves going to the dentist there! We will continue to use them! They are compassionate and very patient with children.

Rudest people ever i have went there several times and Betty is the rudest lady ever they really need new people in the office to handle there business. I will not be going back with my children due to this and do not recommend them to anyone at all

Worst dentist I've ever been to. Very rude and would not do anything till I came in for an extraction. Wouldn't even give me antibiotics.

The worst experience ever totally unprofessional didn't even come close to a good job on fixing one tooth can't even bite all the way down to eat properly not confident in his work will never go back
