I hate that I even had to rate this place. You can have insurance and Dr. Dubois will still give you a hard time. Stated that I had to pay $78 I said fine. Instead of her checking into my new insurance card she begin to tell me how the process works and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I said fine! She went on to tell me about an X-Ray cost that I did not need only came in for a 6 month cleaning. Listen if you’re racist just say that🥴 I’ll rather you just call me a Niger to my face and tell me that you’ll rather not serve me than to play games. Horrible doctor!

Amazing and wonderful. My daughter broke her tooth at school and Dr DuBois took her right away. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional and understanding. They helped to make a very stressful situation as good as it could be for a worried mom and her 11 year old.

I’ve been going to Dr Dubois since I was a child. Now my children go there. There’s no one better in the city of New Orleans. EVERYONE is the office is professional and patient. The office is super clean. My three year old was recently a terror in the office and not once did they make me feel bad. They were so patient with him and for that I am Thankful. :)

Dr. Dubois has been my dentist for years. He and his extraordinary staff are always professional, cordial, and accommodating of your every need. From his associate dentists to the support staff, you can count on excellent treatment and service. They take the time to explain in great detail each and every procedure. They specialize in treating patients who are afraid of dental procedures. They provide relaxation music and strong encouragement. I salute the entire staff for kindness and serious attention to detail. It is important to maintain continuity in your dental care. These professionals have proven their expertise and personal care for each patient.

Dr. Dubois is the best of all time. He has been my dentist since I was a little girl. I tried once or twice in the past to go to other dentist, but was not pleased. There is no comparison.
He is kind, patient, and humble. His office is clean. His staff is wonferful. Dr. Dubois is truly appreciated. He keeps me smiling.😀😀😀

worst. For me to go into detail, would be time consuming and I choose not to. The best thing that he has going is that face that you see upon arrival. Sam... she is great! I won't get into my dry socket that happened due to negligence on the dentists part. He gave me the wrong information and he knew it and so did I once I got the dry socket. It took him two to three weeks to finally correct the problem he caused. I will never go back, I promise. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go there. They ask u about ur worst fear of visiting the dentist. My answer: A heavy handed and rude dentist who doesn’t really care about my mouth. And my worst fear of the dentist came true. Thank you. It felt like I was set up from day one. They get an award for setting me up for failure indeed. Other then that, I beg no one to go there.

I had an awesome experience here. Dr. Annie Muscat is phenomenal. She educated me on different options and provided excellent care. Great staff and a very clean facility. Would recommend.

THEY RESPECTED MY TIME THE STAFF EMPLOYEES WAS SO LOVING RESPECTED AND MY WAIT TIME WAS NOT VERY LONG THEY ARE CLEAN AND VERY FRIENDLY I WOULD RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO THIS BUSINESS LIKE I SAY VERY CLEAN AND BUSINESS IS WE'LL KEPT UP THANKS MS THOMPSON SEE YOU SOON

My experience was great the entire time everyone was so nice and helpful. They are very professional and I highly recommend you go if your in the area.
