I’m so happy I found this dental office. Everyone working there are just fabulous. The receptionist is very sweet and helpful, the MA was profesional, the hygienist did a fantastic job, Dr. Mullen is carrying and spent time to look at my concerns. I also saw how Dr. Shelton was treating the staff and taking time to answer their questions. They all gave me the best expression, and made me feel so comfortable. The place is very clean. I can’t wait to visit them again at their new location coming soon.

I went to the dentist yesterday (9/21/22) and I had not been in a year. When I went in the receptionist asked me about my daughter because we usually do it together. We talked about her and got her set up for an appointment at a later date. I was going in because about 4 years ago I went to another dental to get a wisdom tooth pulled and they left a piece of tooth in that had started giving me issues and I had to get it out. When the dentist saw me he shucked my hand and asked me how I had been doing. My dentist took his time and made sure I was comfortable and the area was numb before he started (the last dentist did not do that it was horrible) I needed a cleaning after and my dental hygienist who had not seen me in over a year asked me if I was still playing my Nentendo switch he remembered that the last time I had my switch and was heavy into playing it (I love Mario). We talked about new games coming out and he did a great job with the cleaning. I say all of this to say they do their jobs great but on top of that it was the little extras that made say I will never miss another appointment. They really showed me they cared about me and how I was doing it wasn’t just them taking my money. Thank y’all really !

Dr. Shelton is very welcoming and pleasant at every visit. He takes his time and is thorough in his examination. The entire staff is also very nice and welcoming.

Dr. Will and his staff are wonderful! They make you feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Will is very kind and knowledgeable, he makes sure you know what’s going on and why. Also, I had the least painful dental X-rays in my life at Tulane Family Dentistry. 10/10 recommend this office and staff!

Oh my goodness!!! I absolutely love Tulane Family Dentistry. My experience here was fabulous from start to finish. The concierge gave my a courtesy call prior to my arrival. When I walked in, the lobby was clean and fresh smelling. The Dental Assistant, Yasmine was very nice and professional. She was rapid with dealing with my 1 year old son but, still very efficient. When Dr. Russell came in, she was pleasant, blunt, and very informative. This is a great place to bring a small child for dentistry purposes. We will most definitely be back!!!

I had come to Tulane from experiencing horrible service at another dentist about 1.5 years ago and I’ll never go any where else from now on! Dr Debbie is always so kind and patient. Timmy always does a fabulous job when It comes to my biannual cleanings. And Ms B welcomes you with a smile every time!

The dentist was nice but it’s taking a very long time to complete the procedure I need. I’ve called them 5 or 6 times , but they don’t return my calls. Very frustrated 😫
