I called to ask a few questions and a possible appointment. Right off the bat, the girl answering the phone asked to put me on hold but she didn't mute the phone. I could hear other people's dental appointment and phone number being repeated. Then someone else answered the phone. These 2 girls were still chatting with each other in between answering my questions. The second girl did not answer my questions completely (simple things like what kind of services they provide, how much would it be). I asked her about financial options. This is when she said "credit, check, cash - we really like cash here (and then she chuckled!)." No other offers of how to financially plan my payments because the services I need will be costly. All she could tell me was I need to talk to the DDS and see what kind of payment plan he wants to do when I go to the appointment. She was already trying to schedule me an appointment throughout my conversation before I could even tell her that I'm interested in making an appointment or not. She told me Dr Guy has no opening for new patients until September, but then she found an opening for August. I called back 15 minutes later to cancel my appointment. Talk to the first girl again, who is totally unprofessional in her phone etiquette, told me that she couldn't find it because the other one spelled my name wrong! I'm not upset that she spelled my name wrong, it is a hard name. However, If I can not even have a decent phone experience, how can I have a decent dental experience??

Great dentist that takes the time to figure out what is the best thing for you. I was told by another dentist that I needed a root canal. Which would have cost 1,000+ with a crown and all. However, I saw Dr. Leonard and he fixed my tooth without even a thought of a root canal. So thankful I went to them!!!

Far, and away the best dentist office available. The care and attention you receive here is always excellent. Guy, removed a tooth for me, and you couldn't ask for a better experience when dealing with something as potentially frightening as a tooth extraction. He's considerate, and always professional. He has a way of easing the tension of a nerve wracking experience. The procedure went flawlessly I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Although our family was happy with our then current dentist we had to switch dentists due to new insurance. Dr. Guy Hedrick was highly recommended and upon using him I know why. He is very nice and understanding and takes his time with his patients. The staff all seemed happy and the dental assistant I spoke with said this was the best dentist office she has worked at and hopes to be there for many years. This speaks volumes for Dr. Guy in my opinion. I would recommend Dr. Guy Hedrick to anyone looking for a new dentist.

We used Guy Hedrick for years, and for several members of our family. He performed a root canal that got infected and abcessed 6 times over the next 18 months. When he refused to grant my daughter an emergency visit for the 7th abcess, we changed dentists. She lost the tooth and has fought these resistant abcessess since. Our new dentist was appalled. We are not the only ones who have had this experience with Dr. Guy.
