I have always been nervous having dental work done. My prior experiences were not relaxed or without angst. Dr. Genard examined my teeth and suggested the procedures I need, Wendy the hygienist was gentle and I was relaxed. The staff were friendly and explained my dental plan and costs moving forward. Tomorrow is my second appointment to have my dental work done and I am looking forward to a better smile!

This office is extremely poorly run. We have often waited 20-30 minutes past our scheduled appointment times. My wife's appointment was scheduled for 11am and she called to let them know she was running late. She was told she had a 15 minute grace period. She arrived at 11:17 and was told her appointment was cancelled. We have been going to this office for over a decade and continue to do so even though we now live in Covington because she has always had a good experience. Cancelling an appointment over 2-3 minutes is horrendous customer service, especially when the patient called the office to give a heads up. We will be finding another dentist who actually cares about the customers and isn't just trying to stuff as many appointments in a day as possible to make a buck.

Dr. Dragon is aware of Paul’s foibles and does his best to make him comfortable in the chair. Paul feels much more at ease going to the dentist when he knows Dr. Dragon will be taking care of him. Five stars.
