I called having major pain in one of my teeth and they solved the problem and set me up with a future plan to fix other damaged teeth. They were friendly and extremely professional! People don't usually use the words pleasant and dental work in the same sentence, but I have to say that my dental work yesterday at Dr Ardoin's office was as pleasant as it could have possibly been. From the minute you walk through the door, it's obvious that his team loves working together and takes pride in caring for their patients. Doc is gentle, skillful, and reassuring as he carries you through procedures that could be very stressful, but because of the professionalism and calmness he and his staff exude, are not. I appreciate the respect and kindness he shows to his staff, and it is obvious they love working for him. It also didn't hurt that he had some great music playing. I actually found myself humming while he was drilling. My view during my procedure was a pretty garden with birdhouses. I actually saw 2 beautiful doves perching and we all stopped to admire them. I remember thinking as I was leaving that even though I pretty much never leave reviews, I had to this time because of the extra exceptional care I received. I had been very nervous about the work I was having done, and it made all the difference. I know it sounds like a bit much, but I promise that this is a genuine account of my experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Ardoins for 25+ years and never received anything other than exceptional care! Great work team!

I've seen Dr. Ardoin DDS for years, never had a complaint. The staff is friendly and nice along with the atmosphere. He doesn't offer sedation but he numbs your mouth enough you feel absolutely nothing.
