Our family is relatively new to West Monroe. My wife and I had appointments this morning for us and four of our children. Dr. Cranford and staff were terrific. Very patient-oriented and accommodating for our specific needs. We feel we have found a long-term place for our general dentistry.

My wife who has an autoimmune disease was seen by Dr. Cranford for a broken tooth. Dr. Cranford made numerous rude and offensive comments to her about the condition of her teeth, which she has no control over. She sees a dentist regularly every six months and takes care of her teeth to the best of her ability. I wouldn't recommend seeing this dentist if you have less than perfect teeth, if so you're probably going to be the recipient of unprofessional and offensive remarks.
