Absolutely love this place! My wife and I moved here about a year a go and needed a new dentist. I can't recommend this office enough. The hygienists and dentists are personable and make you feel like family. Their work is high-quality and they do their best to make a difficult procedure as comfortable as possible. So glad we picked this office for our family.

From the Representative at front desk to the assistants as well as the dentist, you are greeted by a professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, patient, and caring staff. Dr. Gerace has a natural ability to make you feel welcomed, comfortable and relaxed. She interacts with her staff well, their mutual respect and positive interaction is evident. Excellent service, reasonable costs. Highly recommend.

My first appointment with this dental office for cleaning - I told a staff member not once, but twice, that I did not want x-rays or anything not covered by my dental plan. She assured me twice that I was covered since she had talked to my insurance company. Evidently, I was NOT covered because I was billed for the cleaning, full mouth x-rays and a comprehensive oral exam. There was also a charge added to the bill called "misc. debit adjustment" without explanation. When I asked about this I was told “I don’t know what that is”.
Their office did not verify my eligibility for the services they rendered and they are now trying to force me to pay for their mistake. I was told I would have to sign an appeal to my insurance company or would have to pay what is owed. If the appeal is denied, I would still have to pay.
Bottom line, they want me to pay for their inability to secure proper authorization for treatment, especially after I specifically asked that they talk to my insurance company to verify coverage and did not want to pay for services that were not covered.
I have been waiting for a call back from the officer manager for almost 2 weeks now.

The staff are super friendly, professional, and make you feel like family. I had a bad tooth ache, they scheduled me in next day and took care of it that same day. The dentist Laura did a great job taking care of my tooth and came up with a treatment plan. Definitely will be my go to Dentist from now on.

I was seen in a timely manner. Everyone that I spoke to, from the front desk assistants to the X-ray technician/assistant, and the dentist - were kind and caring. My concerns were addressed and I left feeling as stress free as possible.
