Perks: The staff are all quite friendly. The waiting room is stocked with cold water and coffee. There are free toothbrushes and floss if you just ask. Dental work is not rushed- they seem to make sure they get it right even if it takes lots of tries.
Complaints: there were a few times I had to swallow uncomfortably during a filling because the water coming in was not getting sucked back out fast enough. I wish they would ask if we would like to know what a procedure is going to entail.
