White Pine Dentistry & Implants

Called this morning, got in at noon. Left with a temp crown in place. That's pretty fast service.

Haven’t been to the dentist in a couple of years because it makes me exceptionally anxious. Finally went in today and met Dr.Bhatt and had a phenomenal experience, it’s evident that he has a passion for what he does and cares for the patients he sees. Shocked to say I look forward to my next appointment!

Great Staff. Really caring and efficient. Dr. Bhatt was very professional and made sure I was as comfortable as possible.

Had a very good experience with these people. They explained the options and the prices and scheduled the appointment in a timely fashion. Staff was very professional and they had the latest equipment to do the job well. Overall a good experience, well as good as a root canal can be LOL. Would highly recommend.

I went first time in a long time been 3 years or so. Dr. Bhatt and assistant were very thorough and informative from imaging to insurance questions! 5 out of 5 stars! All staff were very friendly and helpful from beginning! My Dentist office from here on out!

they had ONE dentist working on me along with at least 2 other people, just jumping back and forth to all of our rooms. all of us were getting different procedures done. i waited for almost an hour to be taken into a room, only to wait another hour for the nurses. then had to wait another 30 or so minutes for the dentist to come in. in total, i was there for almost 4 hours just to get some cavities filled. when he was filling them, the drill struck my gums and cheeks way too many times and when i mentioned that it hurt he didn’t try to be more gentle. it was very obvious he was rushing because he had more than one person to see at the same time. he kept leaving the room and coming back in every so often to do one thing or another. the part i’m the most angry about, is that he didn’t even fill all of my cavities. i had one on 3 of my back teeth, he filled one all the way, half filled another, and completely didn’t touch the 3rd. i got one cavity filled properly after being there for nearly 4 hours. the staff was very kind and i appreciated that, but being nice doesn’t make up for bad service. if you’re going to run an office like that, have more than one dentist present. it’s extremely unprofessional and frustrating/scary to the patients when their dentist is focusing on more than one procedure at a time. again, it was very clear to me that he was rushing and not paying a whole lot of attention to how he was treating my teeth. i know my teeth aren’t the most amazing, but i had never had a problem with them until i got these cavities. now, the ones he didn’t fill correctly/at all are getting worse and hurting more. i won’t be returning to this place unless they improve their service and learn how to properly fix people’s teeth.

Note: My original review is below. However Dr. B took time to respond eloquently. He worked to earn my business and that goes beyond words. I am now updating my review because no one is perfect and a few poor interactions does not make a bad overall business. Perhaps we are just a not a good fit - but his courteousness and willingness to go above and beyond to rectify my issues shows great customer service and integrity. I am very thankful for that.

Original Post: I do not recommend - read below for examples as to why you shouldn't waste your time.

The dentist I had been seeing for over 20yrs retired. A new person bought his business and changed the name to White Pine Dentistry. I wouldn't even call this a business anymore - it is terrible.

Example - The office staff cancelled my entire families appt (five appts we made all back to back six months prior) and rescheduled them to a different days and didn't tell us. I just happened to call to confirm the time and find out before we drove the 45mins there.

The office staff was rude and belittling.
The receptionist hwanted us to wait until December, another five months for an opening and informed me I must have gotten the date wrong. However I had their appt card in my hand!

After being rude and refusing to help and own their mistakes I was able to work with the office manager who managed to squeeze us in twos on different days - VERY begrudgingly (She told me I must have gotten the original date wrong and I showed her their appt card when I went). 🤔

Today my husband took the day off specifically for his and my son's appt that the *office manager made* as a replacement for the one they originally canceled without telling us. Apparently the business is closed for maintenance until September and didn't tell their clients.

I am so disappointed and beyond frustrated.

For the record- My dental hygienist (from before the new dentist took over, Autumn) - phenomenal. Adore her. She is fabulous, patient, flexible and works amazing with kids (especially special needs).

The dentist, Dr. B is very cheerful and genuinely wants to do well and help. However at times he may appear flighty but I think he is just young and excited for life so it comes off as distracted.

The majority of office staff is a joke and needs intense customer service training. Absolutely horrid, zero customer service skills and have no business running an actual business

Clean, pleasant, and professional. Have only been in twice so far, but have been very happy with our experience. Both appointments were for my 9 year old. He was treated kindly, everything was explained to him in a way he understood and didn't leave him afraid to go back.

I have had experience with two different dental practices in the area and had started with White Pines a year ago when my dental insurance covered the practice. I found the office friendly-professional and the experience was extremely positive for me. Dr. Bhatt and his staff made me feel at ease and the quality of Dr. Bhatt's work was as good as any dental experience I have had-actually it was the best I have ever had. I highly recommend this practice.
