From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and assured that Dr Berry and her team would do everything possible to help me understand the issue I was having and help me make the best choice as to how to go about fixing my issue. After having been to a different dentist and getting a bad vibe, I knew i had made the right choice going to lakes region dental. My precedure went well, but after i had a minor case of dry socket, they were more than accommodating in getting me in and checking me out and helping me solve the issue right away. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an amazing dentist and a great support team. Thank you, you guys you made this anxious time way easier to handle.

I highly recommend this dental office! Both of my children aged 5 and 2 absolutely love coming to Lakes Region. Not to mention they were the only dentist locally that would even see my child at the age of 2! The staff is warm and friendly making this a pleasant and welcoming environment for us all. The office is very clean and professional to add to the many reasons why I strongly recommend this dental office!

I needed to get a tooth removed and asked around to see where I should go, because I did not enjoy the care I received from the last dentist I went to. Walking in the door I was greeted with friendly smiles and great service. Becca and her team made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the extraction process and made sure I understood everything that was going on, and what was going to happen with the next few days typical of most extractions. It was a quick and painless experience that I will recommend anyone to try ( LRDC, not tooth removal ;) ).
I've had some problems with dental offices before, but I do not see that happening here with the level of professionalism I saw, I will definitely be returning for any other dental needs!

I had a great experience. All the staff were extremely nice. They were gentle and efficient. They gave an estimate of work that needed to be complete. I would recomend Lakes Region Dental. Dr Berry is awsome and so is her staff.

I am a summer resident in the area and had an issue with a front tooth. Dr. Berry fit me in to her schedule even though I was not a patient of hers. She and her staff were wonderful and remediated the issue and than got me to a specialist in Portland. I would highly recommend Dr. Berry.

I Had Dr Berry when she was at the VA in Augusta and the Va in Bangor. She is the best. I wish we had her back again. It seem like all the good once we have at the VA leave. Rebecca. we miss you and hope to drop in and see you again. Hope what you was going though is all over and everything is fine now. Take care and good luck with your practice

This clinic mainly "Theresa" dismissed a patient because she could not make it in to an appointment because of the weather today (Ice Storm). My friend is a single mother of 3 (one of them is 4 months old). Her husband is overseas working for the military. She says she was able to make it in and everyone else was so she should be able to!. Absolutely disgusting behavior considering the daughter she was trying to get seen is adopted and has to go to certain clinics. If anyone reading this has common sense, avoid this place like the plague! I called and spoke to Theresa and she was a dismissive rude lady. I hope no one deals with her as she seems to be a poor representation of this practice.

Top notch dental facility. Friendly people and exceptional care. they finally fixed a tooth Ive had to have worked on by 2 other dentist and she got it right the first time. I highly recommend them to anyone.
