The Dental Loft

So happy I found The Dental Loft! Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Camden is so kind and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She’s very knowledgeable and gave me a thorough cleaning. Dr. Keeling is exceptional and took her time answering questions, explaining and teaching me about my teeth, and I left with a better understanding of my oral health and most confident that I am in great hands. The office itself is very nice and clean, 10/10 highly recommend!!

I am so happy to have met the wonderful Dr Heather Keeling. I have had a life long fear of dentistry, but she has gone above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable while giving me the care I needed. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional.. you can tell they really enjoy working together as a team. They are always so happy to work with my schedule and budget that I no longer dread going to the dentist..I can’t recommend this place enough!!

I, like many people out there have had some terrible experiences with dentists in the past. So, I decided to give The Dental Loft a try. Upon my arrival all of my anxieties and fears were quickly swept away by lovely Nancy. She was very kind, understanding and gentle with me. Her number one priority was my comfort. She explained every single procedure she performed and also was quick to squeeze in some wonderful humor.
Dr.Keeling is wonderful, kind, informative and “solutions-not problems” kind of dentist. I felt very comfortable with her and the plan she has made for me.
At check out Adela went above and beyond to make me an appointment with a specialist.

For the first time in my life I can honestly say that I am very excited for my next dental appointment!

I was on vacation in Portland when one of my veneers cracked. After calling many dentists in the area who were unable to fit me into their schedule, I landed at The Dental Loft. Without hesitation they took me in. That in itself was amazing, even if I had to wait a couple of hours in the waiting room but not at all, they took me right in without having to wait. Upon engaging in conversation with the clinical team, I discovered they have a special machine that does same day veneers/crowns, not very common at all as not many dentists have this capability. What I thought was going to be a quick temporary veneer to get me through the vacation (which I would have been extremely grateful for) ended up being a quick 2-hour visit with a permanent veneer being placed instead. Their office is by far the friendliest dental office I have ever been to. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and caring. Highly recommend this dentist to anyone who may need dental care. I wish they lived closer to me! Special shout out to the entire team but specifically Camden, Adela, Brittany, and Dr. Keeling. Words are not enough to express the sense of gratitude and appreciation for this practice.

I had my first appointment at The Dental Loft this morning, and I could not be happier with the experience. Upon getting to their office, I was warmly greeted by their receptionist and asked to complete a few forms on a nearby laptop. The process was super easy, and the forms were done in a matter of minutes.

After completing the paperwork, I was greeted and brought back for my exam by a hygienist named Camden. Camden was incredibly kind and thorough; from x-rays on, Camden explained what she was doing throughout the entire process, she also checked in repeatedly to make sure that I was comfortable.

Once the exam was over, Dr. Keeling came in to look over my x-rays and the data that Camden had gathered. Like every other interaction that I’d had at The Dental Loft, working with Dr. Keeling was a pleasure. Dr. Keeling evaluated the x-rays and double-checked some of the concerns that Camden noted. She then sat with me for a while to discuss what she saw and what she thought our next steps should be. She straightforwardly answered all of my questions and set me up with a referral to an oral surgeon to have my wisdom teeth looked at.

I ended my appointment with a cleaning and a polish. Camden recommended the marshmallow-flavored polish (Dr.Keeling seconded this). While I was incredulous at first, I’m glad I took their advice. It was delicious. It tasted like Lucky Charms!

It feels weird to be so positive about a dental appointment, but the Dental Loft was that good!

Nikki at the dental loft was lovely. She was very thorough with her exams, explained the process well. She was thoughtful when it came to my comfort and was very easy to talk to. Dr.Keeling was knowledgeable, personable and very professional. The dental loft has a great team and awesome vibes. Happy to have found that from a business.

I love the Dental Loft! Dr. Keeling is amazing and I adore my dental hygienist, Kris! She does such a great, thorough job and always makes me laugh. Everyone is nice and professional and the office is lovely.

Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. The location and the ease of parking is great. Dr. Keeling was very nice, very professional and did a fantastic job. Adela and Camden go over and beyond what you would expect. I highly recommend.
