Yesterday was my first time at this office. What a great experience. Office staff and Assistants are very nice.
Thank You Dr Bufo for adjusting my denture. I haven’t been able to wear it for more than a couple hours the past several months before my face would go numb, gagging, no room for my tongue to drink from a straw, or be able to talk without drooling. It was way to thick. The prior Dentist wasn’t listening to my issues.
Yesterday I was able to wear them the rest of the day, I could drink, no drooling, able to talk and be understood. I am so happy! My smile is back!

I was a new patient yesterday and I never had such a great experience! I have such anxiety over the dentist that I didn’t go for 3-4 years. I’m so happy with this office and won’t be anxious about going to the dentist anymore. From the moment I walked in to sitting in the dental chair with Dr. Hanif, I felt at ease, felt like I’ve been coming here for years and felt they would do whatever they could to make me comfortable. I highly recommend this practice!

I wish I would have caught the dental hygienists name that saw me today she was very kind, caring and answered my questions had a great attitude and made me feel welcome, I haven't been back to them in a couple years but it has definitely been one of the best experiences I've had with customer service in a long time. Seems very hard to find these days. The environment was very friendly, professional and clean. Anything having to do with my teeth makes me very nervous but I knew I was in good hands:)

Had a bad experience with a 1st year dentist working here. She was very unprofessional. I'm not sure if she even still works here, but the experience was bad enough for them to lose my family as customers. I have a much better dentist now in Falmouth.

My first appointment here was for a dental emergency. I was called as soon as an appointment became available and seen a very short time later . My experience with everyone connected with this office greatly impressed me. The office itself is bright, pleasing, clean, and well-organized.. And each of the staff who assisted me were knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and pleasant, yet professional. I'm certain I've found the very best place to help me with whatever my future dental care needs might be.
UPDATE: I'm catching up on the care I needed, so have been in the office often enough to share how pleased I am with the care I am getting. It has been exceptional (every visit, every call, every part of my treatment plan, every communication.) And I even enjoy the informative video clips that humorously update waiting patients on the up-to-date treatment options available for every possible dental issue, though I haven't seen them all yet, because my waits for care have been so short. (Another good thing, right?) I doubt you can find a better dental practice anywhere!

We absolutely love going here. Angela has been our hygienist for years and she is amazing with my children and myself. My children are excited to come for their cleanings. The office is always clean, and on time with scheduled appointments. The dentist is always timely and very sweet. We look forward to our visits here and highly recommend them for all ages.

Hygienist and Dentist provided excellent service to my five year old. Front desk staff is also very pleasant and helpful. Our whole family goes here and receives exceptional quality of care.

I've been going here for several years and I've always been impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. You can tell when a business is a tightly run ship! When I had a problem with my billing (which was actually the fault of the bill processor) they helped me out, even sitting with me on the phone to walk through the very confusing bill. Great people who are good at what they do :)

This is the second time as an adult I have been able to go to the dentist ( I have not had good experiences). They were kind and very down to earth. They explained everything clearly and gave me multiple options that I can take as well as refusals to orthodontists in my area. I am very pleased with there service and will be going to them in the future.
