Bought a Dental Discount Plan at their recommendation 6 months ago. Took my son to get his teeth cleaned, and with so-called discount plan cost was $150!! Tried to get receptionist to let me know how much it would cost before visit, but got no call. Will never use this dentist again.

In the middle of the pandemic I developed an abscess on my gum and it was painful. The office was not open, however I received excellent service over the phone and once I provided evidence of my issue, I was prescribed an antibiotic that worked for the time being.
