I've never felt so at ease in an appointment at a dentist. Staff was friendly and amazing. Dr Garcia was so personable and really took the time to ensure that my questions were answered. This office is also technologically up to date which is important to me. I'm happy to have found this office.

After an unwelcoming experience and amateur work from my last dentist. I was in desperate need to get a new dentist that could fix what was done and give me the respect I deserved. I searched google and came across a five star Dr. Garcia, so I quickly booked to see if he was the right fit. Before I even had my first visit, the delightful staff eagerly assisted me in the communication between offices to have my records transferred. What could have been an ugly experience quickly became a smooth process, as Dr. Garcia’s staff operates with optimal professionalism. Dr. Garcia and his dental hygienist are kind, thorough, and very transparent when explaining your dental plan. Ready to answer any questions you may have, Dr. Garcia is sure to put a smile on your face with his amazing sense of humor. I quickly encouraged my wife to join the family and Dr. Garcia sent me a beautiful thank you card (with a gift card). If you are looking for a dentist that’s not just trying to run up your insurance, clean & sterile, friendly, and thorough; trust me Dr. Garcia and family is right team for you.

Called in pain and they got me in quickly and took care of the issue. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Will be going there for the rest of my dental work. Strongly recommended!!

Dr. Garcia’s office is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Scheduling is a breeze and they make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to!

Dr. Garcia and the staff are amazing! After a bad experience years ago, and not having many cavities to date, I’m anxious any time I need cavities filled. I’ve never had one this bad. Dr. Garcia showed me the X-rays where I was able to clearly see the cavity. He then talked me through the process, consistently asking if I’m ok. The experience was tolerable thanks to the patience and care received.

I am literally in tears as I write this. I chose Dr. Garcias as a dentist because I was impressed by the reviews and 4.9 google rating. The smiling faces of Dr. Garcia and his staff made me feel like this would be a welcoming environment. However, as a black transwoman who has experienced unfair treatment everywhere; Dr Garcias office proved to be no different. From my first visit I was met with confusion from the staff who didn’t even know I had an appointment that day. The receptionist even asked “If I was sure I was in the right place” insinuating that I didn’t belong there. I felt really sad and I felt unwelcomed but I needed dental care and was already invested. I walked out the office with a dental plan and $1000 charged to my card. Even though I knew I was treated unfairly that has been my experience most places so my expectations weren’t to high. I was scheduled for an appointment the next day for a deep cleaning with the dentist. When I arrived the appointment went decently well until I found out that they didn’t have an appointment for my second follow up visit that was needed. (I was also misgendered by staff 4 times that day). So only half of my mouth was cleaned and it would be 6 weeks until I would be invited back to see them again. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled by them many times the only reason I didn’t just take the hint and go elsewhere was because I had already paid $1000 and I felt trapped. Today I went in for the other part of my teeth to be cleaned and Invisalign put on. I was greeted by a really anxious receptionist who was faking friendly. She advised me that I needed to pay $374 that day. I explained to her I wasn’t prepared to make my payment because I didn’t even know it was due. Nobody communicated anything to me about upcoming payments or anything. She began to berate me and talk down to me reminding me of the contract I signed. It was so embarrassing and really made
me finally understand that I was out of “place” and that I was just not wanted there. I refuse to have my money taken and be treated unfairly. So I left and will not return. If you are looking for an LGBT affirming space or a dentist office that will treat all folks fairly this isn’t it. If you straight, white, rich and don’t care about how folks are treated then welcome home you found the right place!
