Precision Dentistry

I really liked Dr. Gol, he was always pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. My two star review has nothing to do with him. After reviewing an explanation of benefits from my insurance I saw that I should have paid 48.80, not 128.80 like I had been charged up front. So I called to figure out if there was a credit on my account, which there was not. Later Christine gave me a call and insisted that what they charged me was accurate because insurance doesn't cover a specific code they bill. So I contacted my insurance asking about the code and was informed they actually DO cover it! Not to mention they never even bothered billing that code to my insurance in the first place to receive a denial, they just charged me out of pocket for it. Once that was figured out, I receive a bill through text about two missed appointment fees, I had been told previously that one had been written off since it was my first time but I had to pay the second one. Which I was fine with, I couldn't help I was exposed to covid and then later on tested positive for it. But I guess because I found a billing error that missed appointment fee is no longer written off. That's no way to treat a patient. If you made a billing error, that's not my fault. Christine had no reason to be rude and then act like a child over it, un-writing off a missed appointment fee. Had the error just been looked into and fixed I'd probably still be going back there. I'm sad to loose a good dentist over a billing error.

Not coming back here ever again. Was told at my last appointment last year that I had 10 cavities, yes, 10 cavities, and would have to pay an excessive amount of money just to get them filled. I obviously did not get any of them filled because I just couldn't believe I had that many. I went to see another dentist who told me I only had one cavity that needed to be filled, but wasn't even a big cavity.
Whatever they tell you here, try and get another dental office to take a look at your teeth because this place tried to take my money for 10 non-existent cavities.

My family and I have tried a few dental practices in the last few years. We finally found a practice where we feel comfortable and enjoy visiting. The staff is friendly and kind. No surprises with billing. Very professional practice. They offer many different services with great rates. I recommend this practice to everyone.

First day, and I'm already impressed. This is the kind of Dentist and Practice I have been looking for for ages. Right from scheduling of my appointment till my first visit were all smooth sail. I received great services, and my concerns were all addressed at one time. The schedule followed up to confirm my appointment and if I still have concerns. The receptionist was very professional and so the lady who prep me prior to my cleaning. The Dr. Was wonderful I had a thorough cleaning and felt fresh. 😁😁😁

Had a great experience today. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and on top of that, had no wait time at all. Dr. Gol was very nice and professional. He explained everything to me and answers all of my questions. I'm very happy to finally found a dentist I can trust!

I was nervous that I would have been given "The Talk" by the staff (aka, shamed) for not having been to the dentist in a long time. Instead, I was greeted by friendly staff that understood my lack of dental insurance was what prevented me from coming in. Dr. Gol was really nice and did a great job explaining what they were thinking about doing for my teeth at this appointment and at future appointments. When I checked out I received a copy of his treatment plan, which listed the procedures for which teeth and the prices I could expect my insurance to pay/my co-pay. The receptionist took her time explaining the sheet to me, and I really appreciated that as well. Overall, I felt very welcomed by this office and I would recommend them to friends/family.

Lovely staff, and Dr ghol is the best dentist you can ever find. I have been going there for the past 1 year, very professional, but the main reason i go to him is because he is very honest, explains me what i need or what can wait, money is never his first priority. I can tell, he loves his job, and he explains everything.
I never feel rushed.
I highly recommend this professional and sweet Dr to anyone in need of good dentist.

Dr. Gol’s office staff is the best. He is always professional and explains treatment plans in detail. He answers all your questions, making one an active member of their plan of care. He is genuinely a very nice dentist, working for what is best for his patient.
