Rude receptionist. It say on the Cigna website that Smile Park Dental is accepting new Cigna patients. She said “we aren’t accepting new patients” so I’m confused…. I felt like the women on the phone could have been nicer in the way she spoke to me. She sounded extremely annoyed that I was calling and asking why they had it online that they were accepting new patients.

Great service with a professional and friendly staff. Today I had a crown come off, and I went in to have it put back on. Instead of simply putting it back on, they did a through exam and discovered the crown had come off because the tooth needed repair. Rather than making me wait, they worked me into the schedule and prevented a root canal.
