If I could give negative stars I would. We saw this office as a family for 10 years. At my 18 year olds last visit I was told he had 11 cavities. New dentist says 2.....Started decent but has gotten awful over the years. Average wait time in waiting room is 1.5 hours after appointment time. Their is constantly a new dentist in training that you are moved to. The billing "specialist " has zero idea how accurate accounting works and consistently pads the bill with extra charges. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Not a charming facility. The hygienist was very nice but the doctor made you feel as though you shouldn't be comfortable in his chair. I chose another local dentist who also warned me about Progressive and said he sees many unhappy patients from them. Not going back.
Edit - This dentist also prescribed an extraction and possible implant. The new and much more knowledgeable dentist is calling for a crown on the same tooth without extraction. Go Elsewhere and save your money/health!

Always so sweet and accommodating even in the most time sensitive times. My son broke his tooth 3 times and they always find a way to get us in to fix it right away. Staff and Dr. Cyr always on top of it. Thank you!

The staff were super nice and friendly. However, make sure before-hand they accept your insurance. I ended up having to pay an $800 charge right there in the office after my kids and I had routine check-ups. I did not realize that they didn't accept our insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield), and didn't think it would be an an issue since I've never had a problem like that before with a dentist's office. I even gave them my insurance card before being seen, but wasn't told then that they didn't accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Would give zero if possible... Incompetent dentist pulled my adult son’s tooth instead of treating with antibiotics and putting a crown on the tooth. No reason to pull. Do not trust this group.
