Really and caring and professional service. I started my Invisalign journey with them about a year ago and they really listen if there is an issue with the trays.My progress has been good. They also bonded one of my chipped tooth and it’s looks amazing. Dr.Kaur and that staff really took time in shaping my tooth to be cohesive with the rest of my teeth and this is the first time I have ever been happy with my smile!

My hygienist was Dawn…first time seeing this hygienist she was fantastic. She was very friendly and gentle when cleaning my teeth.
I do miss seeing Tania’s smiling face at the front desk.

-They tried to send me a bill for over $200 even though they are in my insurance network and cleanings are 100% covered. I contacted my insurance and they said not to pay the bill.
-They tried to sell a teeth whitening service to me even though they know my teeth are already sensitive.
-The hygienist is not the most gentle.
-The building they are located in is old and their office is in a basement.

Would have been 5 stars if my paperwork hadn’t been lost! Very nice staff and very thorough. Would have been helpful if someone had told me to allow extra time for initial consultation and exam. I wasn’t expecting to be there for almost 2 hrs. Would still recommend to others looking for friendly caring staff.
