Absolutely amazing! My husband found them and, after having work done himself, booked appointments for me and our two daughters (8 and 4). Our appointment was today and it was an excellent experience. Everyone there is super friendly and personable. Aside from that....everyone is thorough with excellent communication . Lastly.....BLACK GIRL MAGIC!!! My daughters and I enjoyed our experiences and have already booked our follow up appointments.

I accompanied my 80 year old mother to this practice for a 2:00pm appointment. We arrived at 1:50pm and made the mistake of entering the office which was open and attempted to make the member of staff aware that she was present. We did not know that they require you to call from the parking lot before entering the office and also did not read the notice on the door.
I had taken my mother there before and the office was recently moved.
The member of staff present was rude when I told her I did not know that they had this protocol in place as I had filled out the Covid form online before bringing my mom.
I don't think the staff is terribly but as the old adage says,(One bad apple can spoil the whole bunch).
Front line staffing is crucial to business success.

The best place for you dentistry needs. I highly recommend Charming Smiles Dentist! They have been serving my families dental needs for years and we always leave with a Smile!!! Ashley is always greets us with great customer service and very knowledgeable with any questions I may have. Dr. Kelley and her Assistant are Great! They make coming to the Dentist a Great Experience. Dr. Kelley does exceptional work with a Charming personality. Her knowledge and work ethics are a touch above the rest!! Dr. Kelly is a very gentle, kind woman. She explains what is going on in your mouth, what your treatment plan will be, and what you can expect from the visit. She did a great job on my filling and was excellent with her pain management. Barely felt the injections at all. If you're nervous about seeing the dentist - like me - it made the whole process much less stressful.

I had a great experience at Charming Smiles. I’ve been to a couple crook dentistry’s before and I wasn’t pleased with my overall results. Today I had an appointment with Charming Smiles and overall it was a great first experience. I went for a regular clean up and Dr.Kelly cleaned my teeth throughly and was informative. Also you receive a complimentary tooth brush, tooth paste & floss. :)

The office is very kid friendly.The little play corner helped the kids relax for their visit.
I love that the is no long waiting periods,we were called to the chair as soon as we signed in.
Dr Kelley is so soft spoken and the kids loves her.She explained every step she was doing.
The place is very clean.I will be going to her for as long as I am in this state.

I had to get 3 teeth pulled😳😭 I have a big phobia going to dentist. She was amazing. Caring; patient; thoughtful; professional. Great bedside manners. Her staff are super sweet kind and friendly. I highly recommend this Dentist. I will continue to go back there and start taking my kids as well. If this big chicken can go and get her teeth pulled first time I may add so can you. I left my earbuds in at least in one ear lol while listening to The Weekend to help keep me calm because I have high anxiety already and with COVID-19 and everything else going on in the world it makes my anxiety extremely high. Thank goodness lightening to Weekend really helped me get through it. Place is clean and organized very professional. Highly recommended her.💖💖💖💖
