I had a cracked filling that needed to be repaired. The dentist put in a temp filling and scheduled me for 2 weeks later for a permanent filling. The dentist was sick on the day of my appointment I had to be scheduled for 4 weeks later. I now need a root canal. They will not do it because they have not received authorization from my insurance to do the root canal that would have been a filling 6 weeks ago. It’s infuriating that they would neglect my care to the point that I need a much more painful and invasive fix because they won’t get paid for it right away. I’d suggest finding a dental practice that is better staffed and has time to take care of you. Also when they cleaned my teeth I had to ask for them to do it a second time because the tech barely touched my teeth and the cleaning only took 5 minutes.

Awesome first visit. I am usually scared of dentist due to few bad experience. But Dr. Nabavi and her staff from front desk to back everyone very professional and kind Josi took many x-ray of my mouth and this was the most gentlest experience in dental office. Dr Nabavi was very detailed in explaining and and recommendations. Will be back to get my situation taken care of with Dr Nabavi even though I am hour from her.
