I have been going to Dr Rubin for years for my whole family, including the time my father who lives in Vermont had an issue and he helped him too. Everyone in the family has had a positive experience.
On Thursday Dr Rubin performed a complicated procedure for me. As always he and his staff made me feel calm and informed as they proceeded. They say it’s the small things, in this case he didn’t say pass me the syringe or the larger syringe he said can you pass me the red or the blue and then as he talked to me and looked me in the eye he hid the syringe from me so I didn’t have to see it. It wouldn’t have been the end of the world if I saw the syringe because we all know that’s what he was going to do but it was the fact that he understood it would make his patient more calm that made the difference. During the procedure he carefully held my jaw and continued to chitchat to keep me calm. When finished he asked if I had any questions or concerns and then left the room so his staff could again ask. Last night at 5:30 PM he personally called me to see how I was doing. This experience has happened time and again with Dr Rubin. I would recommend his dental practice to anyone at any age.

Holly was my hygienist for this cleaning visit and was so nice and very thorough. Dr. Rubin is my dentist and is so knowledgeable and I would not go anywhere else for my dentist. All the staff from front desk staff to hygienists to both Dr. Rubin and Dr. Silva are all so caring, welcoming and make you feel so comfortable. I waited safely on a bench in the hallway and was seen on time. The hygienist explained everything that she was doing and the results after doing them, like ie checking my gum pockets. Then, Dr. Rubin came in asked me if I had any problems with my teeth or questions about them and proceeded to examine my teeth for any issues.

This practice has been, for all the 38 years i have been a patient, a super friendly, very professional and extremely skilled group of dentists and hygienists. I have always been impressed with their conscientious attention to detail. They are very gentle and sensitive to your tooth issues and aim to please without any reservation. This is truly painless dentistry! The staff remain constant because they love where they work and know all their patients well. If new ones come on-board they must reflect their founder, Dr. Rosenthal's high ideals which are matched by Dr. Rubin's. I truly appreciate what they have all done to preserve and enhance my smile - and those of my family and friends!

Have been pleased and well cared for, for 30+ years. I do miss Dr. Rosenthal, but Drs Rubin and Silva are excellent, and continue to foster the same warm, clean, welcoming, professional, and friendly staff and office suite/exam rooms.
