Future of Dentistry - Billerica

The experience at Future of Dentistry was wonderful from my first step into the door to the last step out the door; actually it was wonderful before I even step foot into the business. I called them before my appointment because I wasn't sure how much of the procedure the insurance would cover. They Looked up my history and was able to tell me the estimated out of pocket cost.

When I arrive at the business, I was seen within minutes. The waiting area was spacious and looked very clean and modern. They led me to one of the procedure rooms and again, the room looked clean and modern. Its also nice that there was only 1 chair in that room so I felt relaxed and calm because I couldn't hear other patients being worked on. It was also a plus due to Covid. I saw Dr. Nguyen and he was excellent. Explained what he was going to do before he did it. He was very gentle when he gave me the local anesthesia, I barely felt a pinch. The whole process felt like it was catered to me and didn't feel rushed like you would with some other dentists. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I can't overstate my satisfaction with Future of Dentistry. Becoming a patient was quick and easy, and every visit has been nothing but pleasant. All of the staff are courteous, friendly, and personable. They were very helpful working with me to figure out my options for procedures and what my out-of-pocket costs would look like. As someone with a storied dental history, I'm very satisfied to have found such a great experience in my own backyard.

The dental assistant, hygienist, and Dr. Nguyen are all top-notch professionals. Everyone took time to check in and make sure I was comfortable and aware of next steps throughout my visits. And at risk of sounding too hyperbolic, I left my latest appointment thinking Dr. Nguyen is an artist with the precision of a watchmaker. Both me and my fiancé are very happy with his work.

Amazing dental office. They are prompt, professional, and very friendly. After my 1st visit I felt like I'd been going to this office for years. The Dr and his staff work like a well lubed machine. I was honestly extremely impressed by everyone who worked here. I have plans to switch all my kids and my Wife over to this office for future dental care needs. They are truly an amazing practice. I'm very impressed.

I am a nervous wreck at the dentist normally but Dr Nguyen and the team there put me entirely at ease. I won't say I enjoy going to the dentist...that would be unbelievable..but I truly know that when I do go to the dentist I will be treated with respect and care. Also, aside from the personal aspect, they take their work very seriously and are very conscientious about doing their best job every time. Cant ask for more than that!

Always a positive experience going to this location. Dr. Nguyen and all of his staff are excellent. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating with scheduling appointments. Cleanings and procedures are quick, easy, and painless. Had a cavity filled this morning and didn't feel a thing. Dr. Nguyen is detailed, professional, and personable. I have full confidence in his care and expertise. Bonus points for keeping the building immaculately clean.

I have been a patient at F.o.D. for the past 3 years and have found them to be a terrific dental office. The receptionists are friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in the door. The office has been renovated and is comfortable, clean and bright. The practice uses the latest in dental technologies to insure lasting quality results. The attention to detail from the hygienists and Dr Daniel is interactive and relaxed, there are always some good tunes on to take your mind off of things. I have had several crowns installed over the past 3 years in addition to regular cleanings and each has gone smoothly with expert attention to the results, my comfort and pain threshold. I would strongly recommend them as a cutting edge dental practice in Billerica.

I have always had extreme petrifying anxiety about going to the dentist. I have even had contast nightmares of my teeth rotting and falling out because the smallest weird feeling in my mouth makes me think the absolute worst.. I have had gum issues for as long as I can remember. Even going to Gentle Dental made me uncomfortable after a while.

Anyways. Future of Dentistry has been to best dentist I've ever been to!! All of my fears and stress of going for any kind of appointment with them are nonexistent. All of their crew from reception to the dental hygeinists are amazing and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and welcome.

My husband had a dental emergency and we had the best experience . Love the staff they are so kind and friendly . The dentist was so caring, professional and fast . I work in customer service and Alysha is perfect at her job. We are new at the zone and it is so nice for us find this kind of people. Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for you guys .
