I have to say, working with George, Kyle and the rest of the staff has been truly refreshing compared to other institutions. I called with a need for a crown lengthening procedure and left with a set of individuals that care about my health/teeth. My previous dentist was unresponsive and difficult to schedule with and I never knew what was next or how much something would cost.
My experience with Dentists of Hanover was the exact opposite. They walked me through the procedure and spent extra time to answer questions. They anticipated my needs and even suggested a date change when finding out I had a major event to be part of, letting me know that I’d be puffy and not at my best having the procedure prior to it. They made sure to check my insurance and give an ACCURATE accounting of the expected prices.
Upon needing an unscheduled emergency visit, my previous dentist told me it would take a week for me to see them.
Calling Kyle at Dentists of Hanover he got me into see George that day.
Where they truly shine though is being after my best well being. Being timely ( never had to wait for my scheduled appointments) and making sure I understood every aspect from procedure to billing to follow up care.
I could not recommend them enough, my wife and I have both switched to being seen by them full time and are so happy to have found them.

I was super hopeful as the staff was very professional and made registering for appointments pretty easy. Unfortunately their treatment is very aggressive in my opinion. A crown was recommended for a minor toothache I’d been having. The crown resulted in unbearable pain and I needed an immediate root canal. If this had been presented as a possibility I would have waited. The ache was minor but Dr. Ibrihim stressed the need to crown it (without letting me know it may not help) Additionally crowns can be cracked during the root canal process and if that happens you need a new crown ($$$$)
My son had excellent dental care before our dentist retired and we moved to this practice. I was told he needed five fillings when we switched over. I questioned how many were absolutely necessary and the answer was vague. We chose to fill two of them. The following week my son was in a great deal of pain. We went back to Dentists Hanover and they while they were able to repair the fillings they’d done only days earlier, it was ridiculous that they weren’t done properly the first time.
Anyway sorry for the rant. I could go on. But I would highly recommend you avoid this place.
When I left this practice and asked more questions of potential dentists I stressed the fact that we want good care but not aggressive treatment. Many of these offices explained the different approaches that some dentist have - conservative treatment versus overly aggressive. I just want good care & a balanced approach. I believe the recommendations for dental care recommended to our family at Dentists of Hanover were more about $ than our best interests.

Dr Ibrahim is fantastic!! I recently had an emergency need for a root canal and crown and was leaving in 2 days for a vacation and my son’s wedding. I wasn’t even a patient yet and when I called, Kyle, the Operations Manager, was kind enough to fit me in. When I got there, the office is immaculate and brand new with state of the art equipment! Kyle explained my insurance and then Dr Ibrahim spent 3 1/2 hours working on my tooth. He was kind, gentle and explained every step. He was able to make the crown right there instead of having to wait for it to go to a lab. I came out with a brand new tooth in place for lots of smiles at the wedding!! I can’t thank Dr Ibrahim, Kyle and Maria enough for their help and patience. They stayed way past closing to finish the job and I’ll forever be grateful! This was a terrific example of the customer service that you just can’t find any more but that makes all the difference!!

Online services are great; however, my physical experience was poor. I take good care of my teeth, never had a cavity, floss and brush regularly- the doctor measured the depth of my gums (>4mm being poor and indicative of periodontal disease), I had varied depths but mostly in the 2-3mm range with a few 4mm&5mm teeth in the back molar area. Immediately the doctor-on my first visit- stated that I needed to be numbed for scaling that day and that a normal cleaning was pointless because I’m too far gone. I was automatically uncomfortable. I felt like she was trying to oversell scaling and root planning when I really didn’t need it. She also was trying to sell me a mouth guard and a retainer. My husband also went for an appointment and they also made him get scaling. Feels like a sham.

I had the best experience ever at a dentist. The office is so clean and the equipment is high tech. The dental assistant was absolutely the kindest woman, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. She even gave me a fluffy blanket…no dentist has ever given a fluffy blanket, now that’s worth 5 stars!
The office staff is also very kind and super helpful. They take many different insurance plans and also offer payment plans. My crown looks amazing, my bite is better than ever and I can’t wait to get my other teeth fixed here!

The office is so CLEAN and MODERN. The staff is perfect. In my own experience, they make sure your comfortable, they go over and beyond to make sure you get taken care of, and they are very nice! The office is following strict COVID guidelines as well which makes me feel super safe! I already told my friends and family how excellent dentists of Hanover is! Plus it’s located right off the exit so it’s easy to get there!

The office was very nice and clean and very welcoming. Staff was super nice and friendly. My cleaning was awesome. I am usually very scared of the dentist but this experience was by far the best. Jessica made sure to be careful where I was most sensitive and nothing hurt at all. She gave good recommendations on what I should be doing better and left my teeth looking and feeling awesome. Definitely recommend that you all come to the Dentists of Hanover!!

Dentists of Hanover is great! The staff is so friendly and their equipment is all up to date. Dr. H is very patient and great at her job. She will take her time to answer any questions and to thoroughly explain what is going on. Emma the dental hygienist,
is so nice and highly skilled. Carla the receptionist is the best. She is very helpful and has an energetic personality. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for dentist.

Glad to feel welcome at a new place. Everyone is so accommodating. Whether it be Joe-Hannah being kind and helpful. Carla with explaining benefits and your options. DMD Colleran being refreshingly straight forward. Telling you what needs work, and setting up procedures within the same appointment is extremely convenient. Emma the Hygienist has a knack for making you feel like you're not at the dentist. Keeping you calm through X-rays, and other procedures that may be anxiety inducing for some. Happy to say I plan on making this my permanent place for dental care.

The front desk staff was so knowledgeable on explaining the benefits of my insurance and giving me options with my treatment plan.
